Location & Staff is friendly
The curtains in the room I was in was BROKE! I could not let the curtains up! Every night around 2a.m. the water is shut off or don’t work!
Love the location, mall only 5mins away,shopping stores nearby, restaurants nearby. Everything was so convenient. Staff was really courtesy. Breakfast was good. Room clean. My stay was Great!!!!

I love the location it's surrounded by a lot of different activities etc..
What I didn't like was the room didn't have a microwave. What I also didn't like was that I was expecting one price only to get to the hotel it was a different price. On TOP of that I was using a cash app card( safety reasons) that declined for hours only for almost at 11:00 p.m. for someone to say hey you can't use your cash app card was embarrassing for hours..ugh.. other than that I give it a 7 out of 10
Stayed in Fort Worth one night as we drove through the city. Great hotel!
PROS: Danny and Linga were great. There is a Super Target next door. My room was large and clean. The AC was on full blast when I got to my room, so I was able to relax and sleep through the night. I was pleasantly surprised in the morning with the quality of the breakfast (especially since it was free).
CONS: I don't want to sound too harsh, because I understand we are all new at some point to our job. But Darren is not ready to be at the front desk on his own by any means. A team member working the front desk, no matter how new should be able to understand billing related questions. Fortunately, the manager Linga was a few steps away and was able to get me straightened out (he may have stepped away, but when training you should never leave someone so clueless on their own, just my thought).
This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed my stay! Would stay here again if I ever travel to the Fort Worth area.
I’m so glad I picked this location. My stay was very comfortable. Everything from my check in with Carlos to the check out experience was smooth. My room was clean. A/C worked phenomenally especially in this Texas heat. Ifreta at breakfast was very kind. I will be choosing this hotel every time I need to visit the Fort Worth area!
This was a great stay. Daniel was outstanding on his customer service skills. He went above and beyond. He made me feel welcome and right at home. He had lots of great suggestions.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They shared local recommendations and made sure any needs were accommodated. My room was extremely clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even ran into the GM, Daniel, and he was so personable and welcoming! I will be returning the next time I am in the Fort Worth area.
The breakfast was so good, the room very big and comfortable.
