Pros:

Location is fantastic. Near plenty of good restaurants with off-strip prices. Very nice and helpful staff and large clean rooms.

Stinky, musty, moldy 5th floor

Stinky, musty, moldy smell of the entire 5th floor. Notified the staff and didn’t care to move me to another floor. Will never come back to this place again.

Convenient Airport Stay, But Lacks Warmth

Solid family hotel
Pros:

Spent 4 nights with the family at the Hyatt Place & it was very enjoyable.
We chose the place due to 2 factors - 1. The bedding as we required 3 beds in 1 room. 2. The location as we did not want to stay on the Strip.

Located off the strip (a few mins drive away or 25min walk), there were many eating options in walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly, the daily breakfast was pretty good & the hotel even had a pool.
The room was large & comfortable & fit a family of 5 easily.
The only downside was the parking fee at $20 per day, really could be included in the price.
