Disappointing
Pros:

It promised a free shuttle from the airport but when requested wouldn't give details of how to get it. I took a taxi

The property is amazing, in a very good location.. minutes from the airport and 30 minutes to downtown.

Muito razoável.
Pros:

Gostamos do quarto amplo, e do café da manhã

Cons:

Não gostamos do banheiro, pois molhava todo durante o banho. Cobraram uma taxa de 50 dólares , segundo eles pelo possível uso da piscina. Achamos uma absurdo pois aumentou em 50% o valor da estadia.

Loved having the shuttle and the proximity to the Orland Airport.
Breakfast was not vast but gave you a little nosh to eat before traveling.

Cons:

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I thought it was just me but my sister said it as soon as she walked in. Could we have seen about another room? Yes, but we were just staying for one night only. The room could use an update. The bathroom door was scratched up and needs to be replaced.
The bed was super comfortable which is a bonus.

Close to the airport. That’s it

Cons:

The driver that picks you up was the worst employee of any hotel I have ever met. I never even write these reviews. When you book, you get the shuttle. The instructions say “when you get your luggage, give us a call”, So I did. Then the passport control was very long (they should know?) we get out snd wait. No one comes. I call again. He had left so they send one again. I call 30 minutes later and I say politely that we have been waiting a while. The driver comes and starts talking sh*t straight away saying he was there and left and we had not been waiting. He goes on and on and on until I get pissed off an asked “dude ?? Why won’t you stop, are you pushing me into just getting a taxi?” He then leaves us, TWO TIMES and it takes me a further 90 minutes to get to the hotel.
The staff on the phone said “we can’t do anything”
Staff at the desk at the hotel were nice.

Would not stay here again if in town.
Pros:

Proximity to airport and free parking. Breakfast was ok good blackout blinds.

Cons:

Shower head gave barely any water. Dirt in corners of rooms, 3 white pills with dirt under the rolling ottoman. Hole in corner of fitted bed sheet.
