Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple reviews mention smelly hallways, occasional odors in corridors and elevator, and at least one stained sofa; while rooms are sometimes described as clean, recurring corridor/odour issues lower the cleanliness score.
Service
9.2
Service is frequently praised: friendly reception staff, attentive shuttle drivers, and a standout breakfast chef; several reviews explicitly call staff 'very amable' and helpful, supporting a high service rating.
Location
8.5
Location near the airport and convenient shuttle service are repeatedly noted as positives, making location a strong point for most reviewers.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are often described as big, cozy and comfortable, with some spacious rooms highlighted; a few issues noted (stained sofa, occasional noise, A/C problems in one report) keep this slightly below top marks.
Amenities
7.2
Amenities like 24-hour coffee, breakfast, a small gym and pool are appreciated, but complaints about paid parking and limited elevator availability reduce the score.
Value for Money
7
Mixed sentiment: several guests call the price excellent, but multiple complaints about an extra parking charge and one refund delay lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is consistently praised (varied, fresh, well-staffed) and singled out in multiple reviews as a highlight, justifying a strong food & beverage score.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall impressions skew positive: many guests report very good or fantastic stays, praising staff and cleanliness of facilities despite some recurring issues with odors and parking.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine, rooms were cozy and comfortable

Cons:

Hallways smelled old, elevator often smelled like dogs. One elevator was out of service the whole week which cause delays in traveling up and downstairs.
