The worst hotel experience ever!!!!

The property is right on the highway, but its location is fine.

Cons:

Second day of my stay I found two bedbugs in my bed. They bit me which later caused an infection. Hotel was super rude and did not help me remediate the event fully. They did some dry cleaning, but said they cant help me with suitcases, etc..In addition, they had the nerve to send me an email saying that they cleaned my clothing and my suitcases, and paid for my alternate hotel, which was an atrocious lie. They promised to refund me- and did not do even that! Gave me half my money back)
I have never been in stressful event in a hotel like this, and I don’t wish it to anybody. Still waiting for the promised refund. May it be on Hyatt shame list.

Hyatt Stay in Ontario
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt. The room was huge, the front desk staff was very nice. There was remodeling going on during my stay, but my stay overall was great. My room was clean, comfortable. I stayed here because my work was across the street, so it was very convenient.

Overall it is an affordable option for a night or 2.
Pros:

The area was quiet, the bed was comfortable, price was great.

Cons:

There was a smell in the room, not a dirty smell but some sort of scent. There was a stain on the carpet that was still sticky. The room overall feels outdated, they do have cable but i think ppl would rather be able to access streaming services. Only 1 elvator of 2 was functioning.
