I have stayed at two Hyatt locations in the Pittsburgh area and both I would rate the same.

Dirty, dingy hotel with inadequate staff and poor facilities.
Pros:

Nothing. This was not a good place to stay. It was unfortunately understaffed and unclean. This was a disappointing place to stay.

Cons:

The whole place was filthy. The trashcans in the common bathroom were overflowing, the breakfast area was dirty with food on the floor, the room was okay, but the previous Guest's name was on the "welcome sheet". The elevators had handprints on them and were dirty on the floor the entire 3 days. The halls were dingy and dirty, with stuff visibly on the floor. The front door stopped working at one point, adding to the ridiculousness of the whole thing.
The breakfast was atrocious. The food was inedible, cold, and inconsistent and the seating areas were too small, with different chairs that did not match, and too few seats for the number of guests.
The food area was very dirty and dingy, and lacked staff to keep it clean. The coffee was weak and watery, a very disappointing experience.

Great place would recommend again especially if they get the pool fixed

Pros:

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was good.

Cons:

The pool was closed but they did offer for you to use a neighbor hotels pool. We didn't have hot water. They tried but for some reason it wasn't working.

As long as you don’t get your hopes up for the pool you will love your stay

Run down, understaffed, depressing but with really nice staff.
Pros:

the staff were really nice and the complimentary tea/coffee were above average

Cons:

The lobby bathroom was consistently really dirty and needing to be restocked, various spaces were run down and needed cleaning, overall place was musty, hotel room was very small and oddly arranged, pool was average and also towels consistently not restocked, and the keycards were not working properly for most people (although they were clearly in the process of changing those to a new system)
