Pros:

Staff was very helpful and polite, rooms nice and clean

Cons:

Just felt due to the renovation and how it looked they could of gave a discount rate but other than that it was good

With better communication and maintenance, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk, however, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible despite the circumstances, and his customer service was the highlight of our experience.

Cons:

We were disappointed that there was no advance notice that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The lobby was completely torn apart, which made for a less-than-welcoming first impression. The elevators were dirty, and the flooring inside them appeared to be coming apart.

Our room was generally clean, and we appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. However, the bathroom had several maintenance issues, including a loose faucet, a very small shower and toilet area, and some mold visible in parts of the shower.

The exterior of the property also needed attention. The landscaping was overgrown with weeds and had a noticeable amount of litter, making the grounds appear neglected.

Breakfast was mediocre, and because of the renovations there was essentially nowhere comfortable to sit and eat.

Overall, while the room itself was reasonably clean, the lack of communication about the renovations, deferred maintenance, and poor upkeep of the property made this stay disappointing

Pros:

Perfect location. Rooms are large. Clean. Comfy. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Minor detail…in room coffee was terrible. But the coffee bar at the lobby was great!

Friendly staff good location

Cons:

No laundry facilities is a huge concern when travelling out of state for a Hyatt I expect much more
Food was not great at all but included so can’t complain

Gym facilities weren’t great room too small no floor mats

Spacious rooms and comfortable stay with warm breakfast
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. We originally made an error while requesting a room, and the staff helped us get into the room we really needed. The breakfast was good. The pool was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t very warm.

Hidden gem in a great area!
Pros:

This is a hidden hotel that is quiet with the best customer service. They were very accommodating for a business meeting and all rooms provided were suites!

Perfect for Pittsburgh Airport Travelers
Pros:

This is our go-to hotel whenever we fly in or out of Pittsburgh. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport and close to Robinson Mall, which offers plenty of shopping and dining options. While the hotel is tucked behind a shopping area and some of the views aren't particularly scenic, the convenience more than makes up for it.

The hotel is consistently clean, well-maintained, and has a modern, welcoming design. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and provide everything we need for a pleasant stay. One of the things we appreciate most is the staff—they are always friendly, helpful, and professional.

We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to make it our first choice when traveling through Pittsburgh.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The hotel is starting to show it’s age. The elevator was dirty the door was all scratched up, the grout lines in the shower was gross, no washcloths, the pillows weren’t comfortable and the power went out for 10 minutes it was pitch black. The bar had no bartender, was not open and had a very limited selection. The picture didn’t match what was really there.
