Best place I could've picked.
Pros:

Everyone was insanely friendly and pretty amazing! Yes there were some renovations going on but for the most part it didn't impact my stay. The food was impeccable, the room was very clean and nice. I'll also say they managed to get me into my room insanely early and were kind enough to wave the fee. Would gladly come again and would gladly recommend.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everything was amazing.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Everything was great. Staff and room was awesome. Loved the sectional couch section to hang out in the room.

The only thing that was not fabulous was the breakfast.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Accessing the hotel was a little difficult; the sign from the street was blocked by overgrown bushes and it’s located behind a Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby (you drive past the delivery areas for the stores). Could use some updates; tiles broken & loose in the elevator, room door was difficult to open (had maybe been painted recently and would stick)

Pros:

Stayed only for a night on the way to Washington DC. Hotel room was clean and comfortable for family of 3. Room had a microwave and fridge which is a plus. Breakfast was good although not many varieties. Location is near to Robinson shopping mall.

Cons:

Hotel need renovation, specifically the lift.

Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es Mehrweggeschirr und Besteckt gibt.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend!
Das Zimmer war richtig toll und sauber. Auch dort gab es Gläser und Porzelantassen.

Pros:

I liked leaving this hotel. Needs to start at the sixth floor down and remodel again!
Not clean! No inviting!

I think this hotel more along the lines of a Super 8 motel!

Found the Worst Hyatt Of All Time
Pros:

Wow, what a disappointment! Hyatt should remove its name from this lackluster property. It has not been cared for in years and it shows. Upon checking in, the air conditioning unit was obnoxiously loud and rattling. A woman at the desk whose name sounded like Nallie graciously switched our room: she was one of the few good parts of this hotel. The A/C in the second room was marginally better. When we left the room, the safety lock on the inside latched and we could not get back inside! Nallie did not seem surprised and got us back inside. That is when we noticed the incredibly unappealing view from our window that I am sharing here. Other issues include an elevator that feels like it might break at any time; loose tiles on the elevator floor; beds so old that one person sank down and the other had to try not to roll onto them; maid service every other day (but no notification of this at check-in); and a lackluster breakfast area ever with seating for a max of 20 people. This hotel is a complete mess compared to the many other Hyatt properties my family has stayed at during the past two decades. I honestly think I should get my booking points returned to me. AVOID this property. You deserve so much better.

Enjoyed stay
Pros:

Conveniently located on the East side of 379 parkway to airport with easy access and short distance to airport. Room very clean.

Cons:

Corporate needs to have shrubs removed so that property sign can be visible when coming north up Campbells Run Road. Dangerous to try turning left into property if sign seen at last second! I missed it and had to turn into Kohls and go back.
