Just about everything!

Cons:

Seems like the locals gather to party in the back parking lot until about 3:30 in the morning. Hard to sleep if you are in one of the back rooms. Guess I should have called to complain or called authorities.

Friendly staff and breakfast good.

Cons:

The lobby music played outside throughout the night (for 2 night stay - external speakers in porch way) disturbing sleep. Notified reception. Had to make up a sofa bed for our son even though we had booked for 3.

Great staff helpful and friendly, facilities were clean and close to downtown area.
Pros:

The location was right perfect in Scottsdale. I was in town for the baseball spring training it was just a short 15 min walk to the stadium. The hotel room was tidy and clean and had a good amount of space and lighting. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was on the side of property next to the night club downstairs there was quite a bit of noise on a weekend day it went on for quite a while when the club was getting out.

We were there to attend spring training. The hotel was convenient for that purpose.
Pros:

The staff was excellent, especially Dominic. He went above and beyond to be accommodating.
No parking fee, however there was a charge for breakfast.

Cons:

The noise! The hotel is located very close to several nightclubs. After they close at 2am the party extends to the parking lot which was directly below our room. Not only was it noisy, we didn’t feel safe. Also, no coffee or water in the lobby.
