Nice facility. Very Satisfied with accommodations.
Pros:

Very nice clean room with comfortable bed. Great complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

When I first arrived, I had to ask a hotel worker to find a desk person to check in. One elevator was out of service.

Great summer escape
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location and walkable to restaurants and shopping. It is newly renovated and is clean. Since we were there in July, the rates was super low with breakfast and parking included, no resort fees. There was ample parking and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disappointed
Pros:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay this weekend. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating and stressful experience.

The hotel elevator was repeatedly out of service throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience for guests. Even more concerning, we were locked out of our room overnight and were unable to access any of our personal belongings, including essential medication. This was not only inconvenient but also a serious safety and health concern.

To make matters worse, we were informed that the hotel did not have 24-hour maintenance staff available to resolve the issue. As a result, we had to wait until the following morning before we could regain access to our room. For a hotel of this caliber, it is unacceptable to leave guests without access to their room for an entire night due to the lack of after-hours maintenance support.

I expected a much higher standard of service, especially regarding guest safety and emergency response. While the staff was courteous, they were unable to provide a timely solution because of the hotel's lack of resources.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in reliable maintenance support and emergency procedures so future guests do not experience the same situation.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Scottsdale was beautiful
Pros:

Lovely hotel large spacious rooms . Short walk to restaurants and shops . We didn’t eat here but hotel was lovely inside .

Excellent stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very close to old town "mall" with nice gift shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was beyond expectation with its size and the bed comfort. Very good breakfast. Great facilities.

Great staff and a comfortable, clean room
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at this hotel - from the staff to the renovations that made us feel so welcome after a LOOONG trip from Ireland! We really appreciated the comfy mattress and the tasty breakfast. A huge bonus was the mini-shop that was available for snacks and drinks, as well as the close proximity to Old Town - we needed some tacos!
Thank you all for providing a wonderful beginning to a great trip!

Pros:

Location to Old Town. Modern interior design. Silverware instead of plastic eating utensils. Selection of breakfast. All items proper temperature. Staff friendly and offered maps. Immediately address bathroom sink drainage problem. Would stay and recommend this Hyatt.

Cons:

The amount of room in the bathroom from the door to the toilet. Had to open the door, walk around the door before closing the door. If there was a shower mat on the floor, you could not open the door.

I rate this stay a.. meh.
Pros:

I don’t recommend staying here. There are other better options for the price. There is a loud club right outside that goes all night, there were fights outside the hotel and it smelled like weed. I expected better from Scottsdale.
