Small room, felt cramped. You could hardly turn around in the bathroom it was so small. Living area couch was worn out and had stains .

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was clean, the staff was friendly

Cons:

Most of the visitors use this hotel if they are staying overnight in Charlotte the breakfast is included. We asked if we could take breakfast to go and we're told they can't facilitate this as they don't have any containers. Would be great if this option was available for other tourists with earlier flights or if they're could be some snacks options

Great place to stay
Pros:

Awesome place close to airport but never heard the planes. It was clean and staff was amazing. Parking was available and reasonable.

I would like to follow up regarding the refund of my security deposit, as I have not received it yet. Could you please confirm whether it has been processed?

I would also like to share my experience during my stay.

When I arrived at the hotel after a 15-hour flight from Abu Dhabi to Charlotte, I arrived before the standard check-in time. The receptionist informed me that check-in was at 3:00 PM and that I would need to pay an additional $50 for early check-in, or $25 if I provided my email address. Since there were rooms available, I asked why I still needed to pay, and she replied that it was simply the hotel’s procedure. I paid the fee.
She also asked me to pay a security deposit, even though the room did not have a minibar or any items that would normally require one. No explanation was provided The following day, I noticed another receptionist warmly welcoming a guest and offering them two complimentary bottles of water during check-in. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same welcome.

In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The room also overlooked a rooftop, and at night there were two large bright lights shining directly into the window, making the stay even less comfortable.

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.

Could you please confirm whether my security deposit has been refunded, and if not, when I should expect to receive it?
