Great value for money.
Pros:

I was upgraded upon arrival. I was very happy with the apartment as the bedroom, toilet/bathroom and lounge/kitchen were all separate areas making it feel homely.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim.

Pros:

Great value, location.
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms for our family with 2 kids, soft towels and honestly while simple decor it was clean and very comfortable and well appointed (ie. dish soap and cloth for washing up, enough kitchen items while we didn’t use these they were noted).
Would recommend for a simple, no fuss and comfortable stay in the city at a great price.

Really nice clean comfortable stay at a fantastic price, highly recommended
Pros:

Easy to get to, great location, lovely clean room with excellent bed, all the other facilities I needed, made the preparation for my early morning hospital visit very pleasant and easy indeed. Excellent price too! Would highly recommend this place for someone going to a late evening or early morning appointment or function in the city. I will certainly return

Cons:

To have been able to see the TV from the bed or a longer couch for a tall person to lie down on and watch TV, is the only thing I could fault.

Very loud disrespectful people in the room next door, we could hear everything.
Room cold even with heaters on high.

Location was great. Apartment was plain but clean which is more important. Got a free upgrade which is always good.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard! Couldn’t get any sleep at all. Reception closes at 10pm so couldn’t even change rooms. Also parking was $40 not $35 as advised at reception. I know it’s not the hotels fault but just wanted to say. No one to talk to at the parking either as it’s all electronic!

Pros:

Cheap and friendly staff

Cons:

Not very clean, stains on couch, mould in shower. Dints and scuffs all over the walls. Could do with a proper clean and paint touch up. Bed side tables were small and uneven
