Labai patiko lokacija. Apartamentuose radome visko ko reikia trumpam apsistojimo: virtuvės reikmenys, kava, arbata, cukrus , druska ir net aliejus. Buvo pasirūpinta ir dušo reikmėmis. Buvo švari patalynė.
Gyvenome pirmame aukšte turbūt todėl po žiemos labai jautėsi pelėsių kvapas ir buvo labai drėgna. Apartamentai randasi tarsi pusrūsyje , todėl tamsu, šalta ir drėgna. Nebuvo pakankamai švariai sutvarkyta. Langai nevalyti turbūt nuo praėjusių metų. Paprašeme šeimininkų dar vieno komplekto patalynės , sakė, kad kainuoja papildomai, buvome pasiruošę susimokėti, bet taip ir negavomee.
I was my 3rd visit to porto wanted to stay in Gaia, where everything was there convenient,stores,resturants etc.
There was a heating unit/ combo aircon that didnt work ,they had a portable heater that I thought would be little dangerous to use .,some kitchen accessories could be needed for future quests,and i had a accident on a tour and I needed surgery and I was hoping to stay an additional week ,but they were booked, they only could give 1 more night so I had a day to find a place before surgery ,found a place across the street!,1 more comment in photos on booking.com it showed river view ,but I arrived street view! ,so when booking triple check on views !
Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location with a terrace and huge windows. We loved the wine and cookies they supplied as a gift.
The apartment was pretty dirty when we arrived. The toilet was cleaned and sealed, but the surfaces were not wiped, and the terrace was covered in dirt and leaves.

Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, könnte aber noch etwas aufgestockt werden.
Tolle Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
I booked this property one month before my vacation, payment in advance. And in the day I arrived to Porto, around 19:00 the booking was cancelled.
I haven t been there, I don t know the room inside, but I highly recommend to avoid the is property

The place is on the ground floor of an old building. Therefore, the smell of the humidity is strong. If you are sensitive to it or have allergies, this place might not be ideal for you

Espaço amplo, organizado, muito próximo a restaurantes e ao centro.
O colchão é um pouco desconfortável para o meu gosto, meio fofo demais, mas de resto tudo ótimo.
Location is excellent. Next to the wine cellars, river. Good bars, places in the street. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the apartment is comfortable, well-equipped. Welcome gift was very nice and tasty. Communication and check-in was smooth.
Bathroom ventilation is a little bit noisy.

Great location close to Gaia waterfront area. Entry to the building and apartment via PIN pad which is helpful. Towels and toiletries provided.
Only slight issue was the sofa bed was not made up and no bedding provided for it. Staff attended the next day to make it up. Apparently you have to specify that you need it making up.
Staying on the Gaia side of the river was a new experience for us, the location of the apartment was quite OK.
The room was not particularly clean and being a ground floor room at the back it was extremely dark & damp, (it was almost impossible to dry the towels after a shower). We eventually realised that the AC had a heating feature, so once activated we were able to dry things. We didnt pay for a premium stay so didn't have big expectations, but I would still question whether-or-not this room was value for money.
Despite the above we had a good time & enjoyed our stay.
