Al check-in c'è stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 50 sterline per eventuali non meglio specificati danni alla camera. Questo non era specificato delle condizioni visibili su Booking prima della prenotazione.
Avendolo saputo prima non so se lo avrei scelto, considerando che nella camera poi ho trovato alcune cose danneggiate, una scheggiatura nel lavello il cestino porta rifiuti ammaccato, diversi segni come graffi sulla porta e sui mobili, al momento il deposito cauzionale bloccato sulla carta di credito non mi è stato ancora sbloccato, Spero che non diano a me la colpa per questi danni preesistenti.

Obiekt jest bardzo zaniedbany , co odstrasza potencjalnych gości - szafki w restauracji z powyrywanymi drzwiczkami , w pokojach w toaletach kamień w odcieniu brązu , wykładziny brudne , poplamione , na korytarzach zapach taniego odświeżacza powietrza . Obsługa była bardzo miła , ale to nie ona odpowiada za taki stan obiektu

Disappointed- have been here previously and standards have declined

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable- breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There is a pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi-
Only the pool and steam room were in use!
The floor around the pool was very slippery- no staff around cleaning excess water
The sink in our room smelt and water collected- needed unblocking and a good clean

I booked this hotel (staying in room 13) as myself and family members were taking part in a nearby sporting event, and required the included facilities including sauna. We were told on arrival by reception that these facilities were all working, however we discovered later that the sauna/jacuzzi was out of service and was told by another member of staff that they had been out of service for the last few months.

We spoke to reception the next day and was advised to go through booking.com for a refund.

40 mins to check-in. Grubby, shabby bedroom. Blown lightbulbs in bathroom. Bedroom doors all slam shut very loud, corridor floorboards squeak noisily. Room not well cleaned, thankfully I took slippers! ancient cobwebs hanging from ceilings, net curtains full of dust. bath not cleaned. Bed & bedding cheap & cheerful, fairly comfortable but not great. Breakfast OK, coffee machine not working one morning.

Hotel is lovely and really good value for the rooms

Beautiful settings, food was really nice in the bar area and reasonably priced, staff friendly and helpful, for the price the room was really good and had everything we needed the bed was really comfortable

Cons:

We used the spa there during our visit and the sauna and jacuzzi wasn’t working or the showers by the pool. The outside seating area needs a little tlc and the pool area was a bit dirty and needs some work doing but this aside the hotel stay was really nice and I would stay here again
