Pros:

Lovely grounds, clean and comfortable room, pleasant staff, decent breakfast.
Very quiet at night, we had a great sleep.

Run down, the breakfast was shocking , we refused to eat it , everything was cold . 2 waiting staff were very rude .
We ordered our breakfast , 5 people and within minutes it was brought to the table , the only thing hot was the egg .

Some colleagues who had rooms in the eves could not open the windows. Keiras room had no fan and was boiling hot. No shower and just a bath

Perfect location for Sutton Coldfield early on Sunday.
Pros:

Lovely staff members working to make us welcome in a property that is slowly being renovated.

Cons:

No towel rail in bathroom.

Bedding was clean but window frames were dirty, I do understand that renovations will gradually improve the state of the building. Fair price for overnight stay with breakfast whilst the venue is awaiting improvements.

The courtyard and the staff.

Cons:

The room was like a sauna. No acon or fans available. Shower was a trickle, no ice in the bar and food not good.

The location and easy parking. The breakfast was good

Cons:

First room. Toilet wet the floor when flushed. Bedside light didn't work. Chair was broken
Second room. Hot water tap would not turn off
Restaurant menu very limited. Mainly burgers. Most things were not avaliable on second night

I won't be staying again

Bed felt damp
the shower wasn't great as you couldn't lift it above shoulder height or it would stop.
tv was vey small
no fan or air conditioning
Breakfast was poor, over cooked sausages, hash browns were all brown no has.

De locatie is prachtig.
Landelijk. Groen.
Fijn personeel.
Behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Als trouwlocatie n prachtige plek maar het heeft wel wat werk nodig.

Niet ontzettend schoon. De hotelkamer was niet gestofzuigd.
In het hele pand ligt vloerbedekking. Overal!
Dat geeft een ontzettend onaangename geur...
De kamers zijn ontzettend warm. Het hotel is prachtig maar ontzettend gedateerd.
Kozijnen zijn slecht en er moet hoognodig geschilderd worden
Ook mag de trouwlocatie iets meer van bloemen en kleur worden voorzien maar het is een waanzinnig charmant en karakteristiek pand
We hebben ons goed vermaakt.
