Pros:

I’ve never heard of a hotel charging extra for use of the pool. An extra $20 per person on top of the room price. The room we got was used and unclean. The outlets at the parking stalls don’t work so we were unable to change our electric vehicle. The tvs have a terrible pixel quality as well as the set up of the room is rather inconvenient. The pullout couch is uneven and lumpy, the bathroom tiles are all cracked and the shower head was dripping before any use. I would definitely not recommend this hotel! There are better options near by. The Sheraton for example, with an include pool with water slide apon purchase of a room. Really wishing we had booked there.

We were surely satisfied.
Pros:

Great Breakfast, room was comfortable, but the bed I had squeaked and need attention.

Cons:

Very poor service at answering the phone at front desk. I let it rig at least 20 times and hung up. Went to the front desk for something and listened to another gentleman complaining about no one answering the phone at the front desk.
