Staff booked our room for another family and we were awaken to someone trying to get into our room at 1am in the morning ruining our sleep as it was very alarming , use of pool had to be paid for separately @9.99 per child, used a credit card to tap for payment at the front desk with the same staff member who checked us in, my room key was then scanned to allow us to access the pool facilities , two hours later I received a notification for an amount of $59.00 to AstroTalk , but no notification for the pool fees, no towels in the pool area, had to go back to front desk to ask. I went to ask for a receipt the following day for the room and and pool fees and was told my receipt would be issued by Booking only but she checked and there was no record of my payment for pool use and stated we were given free pool use according to g to our receipt. On our way home later that afternoon AstroTalk attempted to take another $129.00 from my account but luckily I had no more available credit and the amount didn’t get charged. Upon googling the name it was stated to be a

Will not recommend because you don’t get your deposit back.
Pros:

Location and clean. The lobby smelt clean

Cons:

You try calling the hotel, and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I was charged the $50 deposit for damages and what not. I checked in at 7:30pm, check out at 6:30am and when I went to check out the next morning, and I did not get the money back.. that’s a bit concerning?

It was ok but not very comfortable
Pros:

Close to where I had to do business

Cons:

It’s very dated. Old furniture tv very old bad picture. Sink had cracks in it bed was not comfortable elevator flops were dirty they tried renovating but it’s like putting lipstick on pig. Sorry I am being critical but it needs major renovations done by professionals. It has great potential but money has to be invested.

It was OK for the price.
Pros:

I guess the price was ok, but that's about it. I did not really spend much time there. The bed was comfortable enough. It would not be my first choice again, but I would probably come back.

Cons:

The breakfast was not included, which I found a bit misleading from the information on booking.com. Not the end of the world - I can afford breakfast. I did have breakfast in the restaurant, and it was dreadful. When I walked in, every table was dirty, but there were only a few customers. The waiter asked me to sit at the bar. It took a while to get a menu, then to order, then to get the food. It was really mediocre and greasy. It was only $7 but bacon, eggs, and some fried potatoes should not be hard to make quickly and well. As soon as I walked in, my instincts were to just turn around, and I should have.

The whole place felt run down.

The wifi did not connect at all.
