Paighton a lovely place the hotel wasn't to far from shops and beach
The toilet brush and holder was not at all clean room wasn't to bad
The staff were attentive and friendly everyday, always on hand to help if it's needed, I didn't book breakfast so cannot comment on that however the bar has a really nice atmosphere to sit in if your looking for a quiet drink, the room was clean had good facilities and daily housekeeping
Absolutely nothing my stay was spectacular
Location was quiet price was good. Breakfast very well priced.
Restaurant was closed so had to order out. Ladies toilets in the reception area .taps didn't work. Dated.

A few minor things.... Nice french shower but thermostat difficult to turn... Coffee sachets in room tasted awful ..

Good central position and car park facility
Room smelt of stale smoke, shower almost uncontrollable really too hot,room exceptionally hot although fans were supplied they were not very effective,could feel springs in bed,no shelving for toiletries in bathroom,bar clearly marked up to be open until 11am was refused service at 10 50pm. Not sure I could recommend this place at all.
Bed was hard, very uncomfortable, water did not run properly from the bathroom tap little water and it leaked, kettle was to dirty inside to use
Parking available and a convenient location.
- cleanliness of the property was not great. Whilst accepted its budget, it was grubby and in need of a good clean.
- the rooms were sweltering. Whilst accepted it was during the heat wave, there was a very small, cheap fan which did nothing. No others available when asked.
- breakfast was ok but basic and budget but expected for how cheap it was.
- there was nothing for the dogs despite being dog friendly and on website saying bowls and beds provided. Does really cater for dogs, despite having to pay for etc which was not clear on booking.com.
- the general decor etc was very tired, with grubby carpets and peeling wallpaper.
