My requests were fulfilled.The breakfast was nice. Cooked well, staff attentive and polite but more training is required in customer service and staff behavior.
Good location and close to the beach
The room was dirty, we weren't able to use the Jacuzzi bath due to it being dirty and upon reporting it, no action was taken or concern acknowledged . There was also bloody tissues shoved under the bed
always stay here excellent value
Nice hotel, with friendly staff who were willing to provide information & recommendations if required.
Could have done with more information around checkout times, if they were serving meals that night or not
Close to everything

The location was superb. Very close to the beach. All the people working there were very friendly and helpful It was clean, quiet and we would definitely return. Highly recommend it!
Doors in hallway banging like fxxk need adjusting on a self closer and acoustic strip to doorframe .
It was close to the terminal
The rooms were small and claustrophobic especially seeing as we had no windows bathroom was small wouldn’t stay again expensive for what you got

I use to live just opposite many years ago it was nice to see the hotel standers hasn’t changed staff still friendly and helpful plus was right across from Paignton green and beach plus close to shops and restaurants very clean.
The room was a little tight for as mum was in a wheelchair but I didn’t put that down when I booked as I’m sure the staff would of provided a big room.
A traditional seaside guest house. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. The location was very good, being close to the beach, and only a short walk from the town centre shops and the railway station. Car parking was easy, adjacent to the hotel.
My single room, although very clean, had a persistent odour that may have been down to cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker this was an unpleasant aspect!
