Nos mandaron a un hotel más retirado y que no cumplía condiciones. Un timo.

Las instalaciones eran nuevas, se podía llegar andando al centro

Cons:

Una experiencia para olvidar. Lo primero, llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que en nuestra habitación no funcionaban la luz y el agua por obras y nos mandaron a otro hotel que se encontraba a 15 minutos andando con todo el calor. El otro hotel era nuevo y lo primero que hicieron fue cobrarnos por adelantado y después nos tuvieron pendientes para solucionar un posible doble cargo, nunca nos facilitaron la factura solicitada. Tampoco nos ayudaron con la búsqueda de coche que pedimos ni con un mísero botiquín para curar las heridas de una de nosotras que se cayó. La tercera cama era un sofá incomodísimo y el baño se inundaba con cada ducha.

Cons:

I paid for a room with 3 single beds for me and my two friends. They gave us 2 single beds and a sofa bed. I asked to have my room changed and they didn't have the room that we paid for. I was told I can sort out the issue in the morning with the manger since it was late. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, the manger was not understanding in the morning, and I had to fight my way to even get a partial refund. Do not stay at this hotel!

Clueless staff and we got wrong room for our stay.
Pros:

Good location and clean.

Cons:

They had given our room to someone else. We got a windowless small room that was terrible. Our booked room was supposed to be with a balcony. The staff did not compensate anything else than 3€ for a extra tourist tax that was not even mentioned on the orginal price. So no compensation at all. The staff were not helpful and most of the time clueless who has booked which room. Keyes did not work for the doors and one night we had to ask the staff every time to open our door since they did not have any spare keyes. The night guard was more helpful than the actual reception staff. This was supposed to be a nice start for our holiday but ended up being a terrible hassle. Can not recommend.

Everything was good. Cute breakfeast, nice staff, nice rooms.

Cons:

the wifi problem is an issue as a tourist. Is working but the signal in the room we stayed was terrible. Common spaces works amazing

Great location, great Staff, avarage room conditions and poor breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location, best way to experience the city and the bazaar, the staff are absolutely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could be way better, Boka can make a deal with one on the coffeeshops around to offer breakfast and it would be much better than having to go underground for that… now the breakfast down the hotel means nothing, remove it better …
