Convenient for airport one night stay
Pros:

Convenient location for airport, clean bathroom and bed/ room.

Cons:

Sofa bed not prepared despite booking for 4 people, only one pillow for the sofa bed, only three sets of towels for 4 people. Breakfast choice was very limited, no coffee machine at breakfast. The paid car park had two truck cars with people obviously not booked into hotel despite no trespassing signs being displayed throughout. No shampoo nor shower gel/wash available.

Everything nice out the way quiet friendly staff

Cons:

Umm walking up to my room there was a whole bunch of spiders and web everywhere. Think spraying around or cleaning them down would be efficient. That was my only issue I hate bugs

Great option for being near the SEATAC airport, nice hotel and price for the area
Pros:

The location is excellent being very close to the SECTAC airport. Breakfast was nice and the Staff VERY good and friendly

Pros:

We had to pay for parking which seemed odd considering the location and parking
But nice place, good breakfast, pool and a small basketball court
Felt like little cottages or apts, nice place.

Our stay while comfortable became pricey in the end due to the nickel-and-dime extra charges.
Pros:

While our stay was good, the facilities were fine, we are frustrated that we were charged for parking. We should have had free parking; we were already guests. That may cause us to use another hotel for our next trip. Too many nickel-and-dime charges basically raised the cost to where we could have stayed at our regular place instead of giving yours a try.

Cons:

having to pay for parking and there were way too many nickel-and-dime charges attached to our bill at the end.

Horrible, smelled bad, unsleepable bed, dirty, sex workers all over the place and several hidden fees not mentioned on your web site. Shame on you as well!!

Well since BOTH emails I was given to notify management of the conditions of my room bounced back undeliverable, I guess this is public.

Hello,
My son and I checked into room 159 yesterday afternoon. I noticed right away that surfaces appeared dirty, bathroom counter had little plastic trash with a blueish liquid, and the toilet bowl needed scrubbing. Given we are here for a baseball tournament that doesn’t leave us much free time, I had food for my son and some disinfecting wipes delivered. I wiped all surfaces and then made the fold out bed so it would be ready for him when we arrived after the late game. When I pulled out the bed, the mattress had pests that appeared to be carpet beetle larvae. I removed them and we left.
This morning was when I discovered the true horrors of the bathroom. In the shower I found black mold everywhere and the toilet base had a thick layer of old urine at the base. This was very horrifying. This experience is very sad for my family and the brand standard. I don’t know how to make it better.

We were given room 112 to switch to at 8:30am when I had to leave by 9. So that was also very stressful and no help was offered. Nothing actually was offered to try to make this less horrible.

Pros:

We liked how quiet it was, nobody bothering us inside or outside. The staff was also friendly.

Cons:

My toilet was broken, it was small and somewhat still dirty, an I didn't have high expectations. The artwork sucked! Both photos facing the bed looked like creepy spiders staring at me!! SOO I made my hubby cover them lol but i was pretty disapointed IT WAS a little overpriced for what it actually was.
