Pros:

At Upon arriving at 5 pm we were told there were no clean rooms. They checked us in and took down our phone number to call in an “hour” when the room was ready. We received no call. We arrived back at 8 pm only to be told they just got our room ready. We went up to the room finding a bag of dollar general possibly cleaning rags. There was no soap, shampoo or wash cloths in the room. Mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. Just a feeling of uncleanliness throughout the room. On the second night we got back to the hotel at 5 pm and they had still not been through the already booked rooms to see if there was anything needed. The hallway was full of trash from the night before and was still there the 3rd morning. We had booked a full week but after 2 nights we had enough. No refund, no apology nothing to even make us feel like they cared. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE AS THE OWNERS AND STAFF DON’T CARE AT ALL.
DEFINITELY NOT 4.5 stars as stated on Trip Advisor!
You could also hear the cars drag racing up and down O street all night long.

Overpriced for such a dive. The front desk lady was very nice and professional.

Pros:

It was pet friendly and near many stores and attractions.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean thoroughly. The carpet had been "cleaned" with carpet fresh powder that showed every place where it was wet at some point. It wasn't vacuumed completely either. Plus, there was garbage behind the end tables. The breakfast was limited; cereals, breads, yogurt, waffles, biscuits, gravy, and choice of typical beverages.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Location was good. For the most part it was quiet.

Cons:

Used Kleenex on bedside table when I first arrived. Had to ask for toilet paper as no one refilled when cleaning. Burned out light bulb and no shade on lamp. Cigarette smoke in hall and smoking right outside main door.

Facility seems to be in process of improving.
Pros:

The staff was very kind, courteous and attentive. They allowed my family and I to check in after midnight, which we appreciated. In addition, hot breakfast was available, which as a plus.

Cons:

The facility can use improvement. There were construction obstacles getting to the elevator, which we could overlook. However, there was mold on the shower curtains which made the experience poor. Moreover, they charged us $50.00 to have dogs on top of the cost that we already paid, on a 5 hour stay. The hallway also smelled like someone was cooking with curry. We will not be staying here again until they finish their improvements.
