Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. The hotel does not include Shabbat elevators. The hotel does not hold a Kosher certificate.

Amazing stuff and amazing view from the pool. Great location
If you are walking with stroller to the beach you have some steeps for the beach.
חוויה מבישה ומאכזבת מאוד ממלון Sea Tower ישרוטל.
במהלך השהות שלי בחדר הייתה מכונת קפה, ובבוקר וגם בצהריים שתיתי ממנה קפה. לאחר מכן ביצעתי צ׳ק-אאוט כרגיל. לאחר העזיבה, לטענת המלון, כאשר הגיעו לנקות את החדר התברר שמכונת הקפה איננה, ומאז בפועל מאשימים אותי כאילו אני לקחתי אותה.
אני רוצה להבהיר בצורה חד-משמעית: לא לקחתי שום מכונת קפה. אני יודע שהייתה מכונה בחדר כי השתמשתי בה ושתיתי ממנה קפה, אבל אין לי שום צורך לקחת מכונת קפה ממלון — יש לי מכונת קפה בבית. בחיים שלי לא גנבתי, והתחושה שמאשימים אותי בדבר כזה היא פוגענית, משפילה וחמורה מאוד.
אני אפילו מוכן לבצע בדיקת פוליגרף כדי להוכיח שלא לקחתי את המכונה, למרות שמלכתחילה לא הייתי צריך להגיע למצב שבו אני צריך להוכיח שלא גנבתי משהו שלא לקחתי.

החוויה הזו השאירה לי טעם רע מאוד ופגעה לחלוטין באמון שלי במלון וברשת. לצערי, אחרי יחס כזה, קשה מאוד להמליץ על המקום.

First room we got was low floor and could hear the traffic, fridge made lots of noises but eventually swapped and management listened and took our noise complaints onboard

The staff are always very nice and helpful with my elderly parents, the location is good for being centrally located in Tel Aviv and being close the the beach. The rooftop pool was open this visit and it has a nice view of the sea.
This hotel is not value for money. The chain is older and is a classic in Tel Aviv but the hotel is not renovated enough to justify the prices. The breakfast is served in a small room underground with no sun, the carpeting in our room was dirty and old. They reopened the rooftop pool after renovations and it did not look like a single thing had actually been renovated. I was not even willing to use the bathroom that they have up there next to the "fitness center" due to cleanliness and general mess - there was an empty bottle of toilet cleaner sitting on the sink and tissues left out everywhere.
