Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. The hotel does not include Shabbat elevators. The hotel does not hold a Kosher certificate.

מיקום מעולה, שירות מעולה וכולם מסבירי פנים. החדר היה נקי ונעים.
אין רום סרוויס אבל חוץ מזה הכל מעולה
מלון נהדר במיקום מצויין מול הים, החדר סויטה עם חדר שינה וספה בסלון גדול ומרווח כולל מרפסת, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה והצוות נעים ושירותי.

גודל החדר היה מעולה אבל גודל הכניסה היה בעייתי
הגענו עם תאומים והעגלה לא עברה בדלת היה צורך בכל כניסה ויציאה להכניס את הילדים לחדר לקפל את העגלה ולהכניס אותה וזה היה מתסכל מאוד...
