Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. החדרים מדליקים.
זה שאין דלת מקשרת אלא כניסה אחת לאז שני חדרים- להיט.
בקבלה-תמר הייתה פשוט מקסימה!!

Rat’s in gyms ceiling
Pros:

The gym’s ceiling was full of rats. I took a video showing it to the reception and asked politely if they could just let me early check in for free instead of paying 60% of the 1 night’s fee and the manager said no. I asked if they could upgrade my room or even have some discount on the breakfast considering I found out about the rats and he said no. If I were the manager of a rental property especially a hotel and my clients found those in the building, I’d pretty much let them stay for free and thank them for finding this. But no the manager didn’t appreciate it or didn’t want to spend his time apparently. A guy in the reception with long hair and glasses was pretty polite though and I appreciate his understanding and support on my early arrival. Thank you

ניקיון בחדר ירוד-ניירות טמפונים זרוקים באמבטיה חסר מוצרי אמבטיה. סבון-הדיספנסר היה ריק.
הזמנו חדר לשלושה בפועל החדר היה ערוך לשניים.
ארוחת בוקר-בינונית ומטה-אין ביצים שעשויות במקום.
כאורחת קבועה ברשת ובמחירים כאלו גבוהים אני מצפה לסטנדרט גבוה ולא למה שקיבלנו.

The hotel is not kosher, so we had to eat cold meals during Shabbat. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide a suitable space where we could place our hot plate for Shabbat, which made our stay less comfortable.

Great Hotel and well situated - but parts of reasons why we chose it turned out to be disappointing

Cons:

The gym is only accessible through the mens toilets and is tiny. The pool seemed to have a lot of locals at it - making it inaccessible.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

One of the best experiences I had in tel Aviv hotel, the room ( 1009) was spacious top clean and with great energy , the stuff was so welcoming helpful kind and lovely always with a smile

Pros:

מיקום מעולה ליד הים. מחיר חניה מעולה יחסית לאזור ולמחירים במקומות אחרים. צוות אדיב ושירותי ואפילו שודרגנו בחדר😊

Cons:

הטריקה של הדלתות כניסה לחדרים חזקה מדי.
שלא היו מגבות בבריכה די הרבה זמן וכל אחד מהצוות אמר משהו אחר.

Thank you for great experience!
Pros:

The receptionist the management and the stuff was lovely, kind and helpful. Very clean spacious rooms had lovely time it was quiet with amazing location by the water.
Definitely will come back in my next visit

Cons:

No variety of wine in the swimming pool but the cocktails
was great
