The staff was great and the rooms were clean

It needs a renovation. Our folding bed had a mold underneath, toilet holder was rusty, the top of the bathtub was dusty, the chair was old and ripped, the WiFi was slow and the whole floor smelled like weed.

Breakfast could have been a lot better I was disappointed in breakfast

I found a dirty condom in my room.

Very run down and dirty

I didn’t like that they was not able to fulfill the request of the to room to be contacted right next to each other because I had booked my reservation thru booking.com and not directly thru the hotel it self. It was very unpleasant situation that they had me waiting in lobby and couldn’t not fulfill my request at the end. And only made it a little more hard sin I have my son with special needs and had my sister on a wheelchair.

The curtain in the bathroom is old and torn

Los pacios con mal olor y los sofas camas no son actos para dormir las colchonetas que tienen estan muy viejas y desgastadas que cientes todos los resortes,uno de mis cuartos no funcionaba la ducha tubieron que buscar otro cuarto despues de unas cuantas horas tubimos que recoger todo y pasarse a otro cuarto,el aire a condicionado funciona toda la noche ya que es automatico para todo el hotel si se ban a quedar lleven cobijas calientes para los niños por que es bastante frio en la madrugada y no tienen cobijas calientes las camas

Not enough room and staff was rude. They acted like I was an inconvenience because there was a mixup with my booking. They gave me the wrong room and said it was booking‘s fault. They only changed because booking called and then they wanted me to pay all this extra money which I didn’t do because I paid what I was supposed to and it’s not what I wanted they gave me the completely wrong room at first, and it was so small and disgusting in there I took videos. I have a brain tumor. I was getting ready to have a seizure in there. I am a medical reliability and all they had to do was accommodate me and they couldn’t even do that the whole time I was here they were just rude. I am a loyal customer. I spend a lot of money in these suites and this is not what I wanted. I want to go back to the Hampton. I’m a widowed mom at five and I have four my kids with me. My husband committed suicide and I’m sick and I just wanted to make a good vacation for them and I couldn’t even go to Disneyland because I’ve been so stressed out. I keep getting told certain things and no one‘s following through. I’m still owe money this other hotel wouldn’t even switch days for me because I said I messed up with my brain tumor. I get tired and I get foggy and I don’t remember a lot. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just said can we switch the days then they wouldn’t even do that so now I’m out almost $1000 because of that place I’m still owed money from this other place I didn’t like what is going on with all these nasty places

The noise you can hear everything was the only issue the walls are very thin

Showing its age. Rooms are clean but have the same furniture they had 10 yrs ago. Definitely needs an update.
Continental breakfast was a disappointment.
Parking is a disaster. People check in , pay for parking for a vehicle, but the party will have multiple vehicles. If you’re out for the day and come back late, it’s a coin toss as to any spaces being available.
Need more housekeepers. Left our room between 8:00/9:00 am, return between 3:00/4:00 pm and had to wait almost a hour for it to be cleaned
