Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous. Good rate and decent location.
Hotel states it's a non-smoking property, but upon entering, the room smelled of residual smoke mixed with cleaning products. Cushions on the sofa bed were stained with what we hope was food and not bodily fluids. Mattresses were too soft and had sections that were dilapidated and uneven. Bathroom had ants and the shower head had really bad build-up, along with poor water pressure. The double doors that separated the room from the living room didn't close properly and had to be aligned in a certain way in order to shut.

Encontré cucarachitas en mi cuarto y eso estuvo muy horrible. Solo estuvimos una noche , lo comenté al día siguiente y me ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto, pero ya nos íbamos.
Y el area de la alberca estaba algo sucio y el jacuzzi no servia
I love the breakfast, the location is close to Disneyland by car (less than 5 miles). It is close to the outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff is super friendly. I love the breakfast, it was varied and well organized. The look of the entrance and lobby is nice, it looks expensive.
The lobby was very hot, the floors in the hallways look like someone torn the carpet and left the padding, it was not pretty. The hallways, the patio, and the pool area did not look well maintained. The room was clean, we have the suite and it was nice. We have good housekeeping in the room. Maybe the place was undergoing a remodeling or renovation but they were no signs of it.

The first room we were given the air wasn’t working so we had to change rooms
The room had an awful smell when I first walked in and lingered the whole stay. I did tell housekeeping about it and was told that they would clean the room again, but was never done.

I loved everything
Great location. Wonderful friendly staff. Great price for big clean updates rooms. We highly recommend staying here for travelers and families. We's definitely stay again. =)
