Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Was told my room would be cleaned ant the front desk checking in and was never cleaned. I was there for 7 days. There was a weird noise on Monday evening all through the night from about midnight to 7am sounded like water being turned on and off in the same increments and I couldn’t sleep. Was charged parking when told I booked through a third party even though when booking through third party it said parking was included.

Water pressure to low.. in the first room that we stayed there was no WiFi , we asked to be moved to another room, front desk was able to do so.

Pros:

Atendimento precário. Quartos sujos e fedidos. Não consegui ficar no local e não fizeram o estorno dos dias que não fiquei. Isso por que, pelas condições precárias, não fiquei nenhuma noite. Pedi o estorno dos outros dias e pagamento de somente uma noite e foi negado.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Optimal ist die Lage zu Disneyland, da easy mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Cons:

Vier Übernachtungen, aber kein einziges Mal wurden die Abfalleimer geleert oder wenigstens 1x die Handtücher gewechselt.

We would love to stay there again. Nice hotel.

A bigger selection of main courses would be good. Bacon and sausage and buscuits gravy daily would be great.

Cons:

Daily room cleaning plus new towels would be good. We had to ask after the second day for new towels and room cleaning.
