Very pleasing .
Pros:

Location on the river walk and the over all look of the hotel it’s self we’re the best parts to me, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience all around.

Pros:

Clean rooms. Room service every time we left. Usually you have to request items but not here. Bed was made. Towels restocked. Even my extra blankets and pillows were folded

Cons:

We booked a suite bc it is a corner room and it came with a private balcony and they didnt have it when we got there. I paid for it and they gave me free parking so I guess price wise it was ok but really wanted the private balcony

I still like the staff. They make the experience more enjoyable. Something happened to the hotel. It was very dirty this

Pros:

receptionist was in bad mood. there was kids above us making loud noises for several hours. when reported , they shrugged it off. I know that not much could be done, we weren't greeted when entering and nothing when we left. I choose this place because of good reviews, not all the staff was rude, just the main one that should be more attentive. I'm so disappointed

The view and location was amazing

The carts to bring ur belongings in were unavailable and when we did get one the tire was flat

Nice room, great location.
Pros:

Location is nice. Room was large and nicely organized. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The pool was not in service during our three day trip. I understand things happen but I picked the hotel for this reason. I suggest calling to see if it's operating before you book. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.
