Les chambres sont vieilles et tristes, la machine à café "old school" ne marchait pas, les parties communes jamais nettoyées...

Other wise great experience and I would book again.
Pros:

The property was in a good location. We loved it. Access to a lot of places we wanted to visit. The hotel breakfast is great and we received at $27 discount towards breaks for two, each got $27 per day.

Cons:

I did not like that they offer a $15 discount on any purchases but you needed to add it to your room booking and discount to be taken later. Our room was not cleaned in the second day, we had to ask for change of towels but the response was good and there after the person came to clean the room the following day. We asked for early check in it was not available but even during the normal check in time the room was not available.

Excelente localização para visitar Chicago
Pros:

O quarto era muito espaçoso, com excelente vista da cidade através de duas janelas e estavam muito limpos. Havia muito espaço no guarda-roupa.
Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, principalmente a funcionária do check in.
A localização é óptimo e tem próximo entradas para o metro, e que nós usamos para vir e ir para o aeroporto.
Tem piscina agradável. A internet funciona muito bem.

Cons:

Já se sente o peso dos anos. O pequeno almoço tem o essencial.

You ruined my vacation night

The valet and front desk staff were all exceptional! Friendly and attentive, seemed knowledgeable and provided great service. The view (paid for the King room with a View) was exceptional as well!

Cons:

I booked this night as our vacation for the year. This was all we could afford for the entire year. I had 3 expectations - an exceptional room with an incredible view, a day at the riverfront, and our first rooftop experience. I called when I booked and then confirmed at registration that we did not need reservations for the rooftop, it is first come first seated. We arrived at the 3rd floor that evening to find a sign that read Rooftop Closed for a Private Party, for the entire evening. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE ROOFTOP EXPERIENCE. At the front desk they were not aware of the rooftop being closed when I went down, crying, and asking for a recommendation. We called and walked around for 90 minutes attempting to get another rooftop experience but with no reservations were unable, We had a terrible meal in your lobby restaurant, I would definitely not recommend that place to anyone, the salmon was overcooked and obviously not fresh, for $33. Next time I am going to London House - just a little bit more money but you can get a guaranteed reservation at their rooftop and its on the 25th floor, not the 3rd. NEVER COMING BACK, AND TELLING EVERYONE!!
