Das Personal war sehr bemüht die Beschwerden zu klären
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut die Eingangshalle ansprechend und der Kiosk war praktisch
Das Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig
Die Armaturen im Bad funktionierten nur teilweise der Teppich war voller Flecken
Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht dies würde nur nach Aufforderung erfolgen.
Andersrum wäre es für uns kein Problem wenn wir freiwillig drauf verzichten, allerdings ohne Ankündigung in ein Zimmer ohne frische Handtücher ohne gemachtes Bett zurück zu kommen ist nicht schön

Kopfkissen viel zu groß und laut draußen, war halt Pech,dass Konzert und irgend ein Fest in der Nähe

Pros:

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und guter Laune. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden Geschmack eine gute und frische Auswahl, wenn Teile knapp werden, wird zügig nachgelegt.

Cons:

Die Teppichböden in den Zimmern sind fleckig und verbreiten einen etwas staubig-muffigen Geruch, so dass man die Fenster geklappt halten muss, die Böden sollten beizeiten ausgetauscht werden.

Ruhiges sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Sehr bequeme Betten, das Bad war ebenfalls mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Zimmer ausreichend groß dimensioniert. Genügend Stellplätze in der eigenen Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung im und Bad entspricht den 90igern, hier könnte eine Erneuerung auch dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut tun.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung mit anschließenden Taxi Bringdiendst vor dem Hotel. Der Supermarkt im Hotel ist unschlagbar. Mann kann sich 24/7 dort bedienen, auch frische Brötchen !Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Innnen und Ausenbereich sind einfach traumhaft .Fitnessbereich und andere Aktivitäten sind vorhanden. Zum Frühstück kann man nur sagen 5 Sterne ! Es gibt einen Koch der hinter dem Thresen alles für die Gäste frisch vorbereitet ! Ab 17 Uhr öffnen die Bar und das Restaurant im Hotel.

Cons:

Die Bar schließt um 23 Uhr ohne große Ausnahme ! Das geht garnicht da Abends noch Konzertbesucher und Tagungsgäste sich gerne noch erholen möchten !
