Second stay Great location
Pros:

This is our second stay
Fantastic location

Cons:

Our room on the paperwork said 204 but the room was 306 so we had to call in for assistance which was annoying.
The mirror wasn't clean and I asked for a late check out leading up to the stay and on the day to 11am but the approval didn't come until 11.15am in which we checked out by 10am

Great location, adequate amenities, very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Coming from a rural town, I thought the location is ideal if walking around Richmond. I liked that it was next door to the Epworth Hospital where a family member was for an overnight stay.

Cons:

If I had to say anything bad it would be the late night traffic noise.

Window in apartment (502) did not have very a handle, so could not be closed. Air conditioning noise from outside was very annoying...

Perfect location close to the MCG and city
Pros:

Location was amazing, walk to the MCG and tram ride into the city. Room had all required ammenities and superb heating and cooling. Luggage was able to be stored throughout the day after checkout. Comfortable, soft bed.

Cons:

Having to hunt around for towels and shower mats.

The room was fine but the check in made the whole experience less than satisy

Cons:

I email for an early check in and when I arrived the girl was quite confrontational about it. I was coming from rural Victoria ( as were the people after me) as she was not at the desk but rather out the back. The cafe people eventually went to get her and then she was peeved at having to come up the life with us. The person after ( who was bringing his very ill wife for continued treatment ) was treated quite poorly. He wished to bring in the cases, then his wife, and then go to park their car. She said she could only make one trip upstairs with them.

I would stay again, but would probably book a larger apartment, than the studio.
Pros:

The convenience. Fabulous for family to stay who have someone at Epworth Richmond. Loved the step in shower. Plenty of room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the TV being positioned in front of the bed. Couldn’t watch it unless on bed. No comfortable chairs to sit in. For a couple like ourselves (one recuperating from back surgery) and the other with a prolapse disc, we really would have appreciated a couple of chairs to sit in.

Great for a short stay!
Pros:

- the location was fantastic! Right outside the Epworth Richmond Hospital, near by great coffee shops and stores, and excellent access to public transport!
- the suite we booked was great, and spacious for the 2 of us! Simple and sweet stay.

Cons:

- there was a consistent smell of dust in the room since we entered and till we left, which we tried to open the windows and the smell didn’t leave.
- the extra large double bed was comfortable, except that it is just 2 single beds pushed together with no topper on top, so you can feel the seem in the middle which can be uncomfortable if you sleep directly in the middle.
- we found pieces of hair on the bathroom walls and small pieces of rubbish in the carpet of the room.
