Pros:

Everything was easy. I never actually met anyone but I like the way your instructions were worded! It’s was fair and I thought it was a great space so did the best I could to make it easier on the cleaning staff.

Cons:

Location. It was right next to the hospital. I was walking distance from everything I needed. And the space was nice. Had everything I needed

Excellent location , very comfortable beds and nicely decorated.
Pros:

The location to Epworth Hospital Richmond is excellent. The main entry to the hospital is only 50 metres from the Lanbruk. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly when we had to change some dates at the last minute. Beds were very comfortable and there is a great pub across the road for meals and several cafes close by. There is also a Coles about a 5 minute walk. Trams go very regularly along Bridge Rd.

Pros:

Great location. Easy to get to on number 75 tram. We visited for an AFL game and it was easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Good value.

Will not be staying there again.
Cons:

The carpet was stained so badly it looked too unhealthy to even stay. If it had not been late when we booked in, we would have move to another hotel.
When we booked this hotel a couple of weeks prior, we were not told the reception was unmanned after a certain time and it went to remote scan book in. Had to make a phone call at book in to get the scan code. Not good.

Very central location. Very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in .

Cons:

I had some concerns with checking in. It was around 5:00 pm. The young lady at the counter did her best to assist me, however she stated that because it was after hours, her ability to assist me was limited. Checking in was very difficult for me. I am not good with technology, it seemed the only way to check in was on the internet. Even though there was a staff member at the desk. Also I needed to extend my stay by one day. I was advised the lady at the desk would assist me with this the following morning. A different young lady was at the desk on this morning. She stated she couldn’t assist me as she was new here, and was employed as a face at the desk only. She knew less about the organisation than I did. Most frustrating. Other than these issues, the stay was extremely good.
