Zeer teleurstellend, zijn dezelfde dag weer vertrokken naar een ander beter en zelfs goedkoper hotel
Pros:

niets, kamer had maar één bed ondanks reserveren van twee bedden. Na wisselen van kamer wel twee bedden maar die konden bijna niet van elkaar omdat de kamer te klein was.

Cons:

kleine kamer voor 2 bedden, vloer bleek vies te zijn bij uit elkaar zetten van de bedden, stoffige vloer , onwaardig voor een dergelijk hotel. Personeel (stagaire?) probeerde nog wat te doen maar haar superieur was zeer kortaf, geen enkele tegemoetkoming en omdat we vooraf betaald hadden zonder annulering werd ook geen enkele suggestie tot compensatie gedaan. Op mijn mail enkele dagen later werd kortaf en onvriendelijk gereageerd. Pullmann Munich is helaas de slechtste reclame voor deze keten. Garage ook al betaald bij check-in en ook niet terugbetaald gekregen.

Das Frühstück war für 31€ pro Tag und Person zubuchbar. Hier stimmte das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut nicht.

Angenehmes modernes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Gute ruhige und sehr verkehrsgünstig Lage direkt an der U Bahn. Zimmer mit guten Betten, bequeme , nicht zu weiche Matratze. Modernes Bad, immer sauber.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum eher wie Kantinenquarakter, nur funktional gedacht, aber freundliches Personal. Auswahl bzw Angebot für den hohen Frühstückspreis nicht angemessen.
