Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Location is very good.

Great stay in the heart of Prague
Pros:

The location was amazing, right next to the old town with complete access to all tourist attractions and also the palladium shopping mall.
Petr at concierge services was amazing. He provided detailed information to move around the city and what things to see and do.
Hotel was nice and clean, rooms very spacious as well.

Cons:

The aircon was a bit hot during the night.

A fantastic stay
Pros:

We had such a great experience at the Hilton Prague Old Town. The hotel was lovely, our room was big although we were upgraded as my husband is a diamond member. The staff were kind and welcoming from the start, in particular thank you to Abdul on the front desk and Ervie in the bar/restaurant who were particularly helpful on our stay. We loved the location of the hotel, the excellent air conditioning (particularly in a European summer heatwave), the pool was lovely for a break from the heat and the beds are comfortable with great pillows. We are grateful to the staff for making our stay a pleasure. The executive lounge was relaxing and well stocked. Definitely recommend this hotel!
