Good hotel but not value for money
Pros:

It was well located, the room was a good size, it was clean and the service was prompt.

Cons:

There was no water in the room - you had to go to a cooler to fill water. If you want to be eco friendly then provide glass bottles. There were no amenities in the bathroom, not even a shower cap - let alone ear buds or face pads. I would have expected to pay less where even a shower cap was not probifed

One of our best experience !
Pros:

I would like to thank Carmelo for making our stay a memorable one he made sure everything is perfect. He made it right after our rsvtn was accidentally cxld. From the lady at the front desk who checked us in and the staff at the lounge majuid and the waiters at breakfast and zinc bar. All staff made a huge impact on our experience. Even security who walks around the floor made sure that the hotel is safe. We will always remember this trip at your property. This property will make you feel important. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Surprisingly Cozy, Excellent Location
Pros:

Nestled in Old Town, the hotel is very near a tram and metro stop and within walking distance of most Prague central city tourist sites. The room that I had I would describe as cozy, quiet, and wonderful. I arrived on a Saturday with the hotel nearly booked to capacity so I didn't receive a Diamond member complimentary room upgrade (at least I don't think that I did). However, I was very satisfied with the room that I checked into. The executive lounge has a great drink variety with hors d'oeuvre. The breakfasts were excellent and top notch. I look forward to staying in this hotel again- as all the little things were done right.

Cons:

Nie można otworzyć okna w pokoju i ciężko idzie wyregulować temperaturę termostatem przez co w nocy robi się gorąco.
