Important information:

Club Rooms and Suites offer access to the Club Lounge, located on the 23rd floor, and provide a daily breakfast and happy hour from Monday to Saturday.

O hotel tem staff excelente na recepcao, todos muito educados. Academia excelente, bem completa com mts esteiras e bikes de spinning e maquinas e com funcionarios sempre em prontidao para ajudar. Cafe da manhã excelente e boa localizacao.

Cons:

Minha segunda vez no hotel e peguei um quarto superior com banheira porem estava muito datado. Precisa muito uma renovaçao, retirando os carpetes. Meu lencol na hora que dobrei tinha mancha de maquiagem :/

Sempre espetacular. Café da manhã maravilhoso; lounge maravilhoso!

Cons:

Minha única sugestão era abrir o café da manhã as 6:30, visto que geralmente retorno em vôos que saem as 8:30 de Congonhas. Ou seja, mal da tempo para o café.

Precisa mais um pouco de limpeza , aspiração do locais escondidos , esquinas e partes ao lado da cama . Precisa passar um pano úmido no quarto , locais ao lado da cama tinha poeira . Falta a duchinha higiênica no banheiro . Aquele bidé não é legal ! Faltou a ducha higiênica no banheiro
