Important information:

Club Rooms and Suites offer access to the Club Lounge, located on the 23rd floor, and provide a daily breakfast and happy hour from Monday to Saturday.

Não vá para cama de casal!

Hotel no geral muito bom, exceto as camas.

Cons:

Quarto com duas camas de casal. As camas são minúsculas. Impossível dormir confortavelmente um casal. Meu marido ficou em uma cama e eu fiquei na outra com minha filha que é pequena. Nem ela nem eu conseguimos dormir bem pq a cama é muito pequena mesmo!!!

Confusões, erros desde a recepção até na preparação de um simples ovo quente, um omelete. Amadores!!
Funcionários exageram e forçam em empatias isso fica muito evidente … de aproximar >>> afasta. Os serviços devem fluir naturalmente … com qualidade e requinte … e esta percepção não precisa ser forçada.

Acordamos as 6:10 com barulho de martelada nós andares de cima , e muito barulho de movimento perto do local restrito aos funcionários.
Ficamos em um quarto perto dedse acesso, talvez seja isso.
Mas o barulho desde as 6 e pouco da manhã de um domingo, frustrou um pouco.

Do resto, tudo ótimo.
Funcionários excelentes e comida maravilhosa.

Groot modern hotel op centrale locatie
Pros:

Grote en ruime kamers. Goed bed en fijne douche. Prima ontbijt. Centraal gelegen.

Cons:

Overdag waren er renovatie werkzaamheden met veel geluidsoverlast. We hebben daarom om een kamer op een andere verdieping gevraagd.
De kamer was in dollars geboekt maar wordt achteraf in Braziliaanse Reaal afgerekend tegen een door het hotel zelf bepaalde en veel te hoge wisselkoers. Jammer dat ze een dergelijk trucje toepassen.

nunca mais voltarei ao Renaissance, que foi um bom hotel mas que entrou em franca decadência
