Hier wäre eine präzise Abrechnung die elegantere Variante.

Actually everything was good
Als Ausgleich für das nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer höher Kategorie, wurde ein akzeptabler Preisnachlass gewährt.
Das ursprüngliche gebuchte Zimmer hatte vermeintlich einen Wasserschaden, 1 h vor der Ankunft wurde dies telefonisch vermittelt.

11-14 Mayıs tarihleri arasında eşim ve 2 küçük kızımızla birlikte bu otelde konakladık.
+ Otelin konumu çok iyi, merkez tren istasyonuna 2-3 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve toplu taşıma ile şehir merkezine gitmek için tren istasyonu önünde birçok opsiyon var. Hiç bekleme yapmamak ulaşım açısından çok rahat. Zaten otelin sağladığı "Guest Mobility Ticket" toplu ulaşım kartı ile ulaşımı ücretsiz olarak sağlayabilirsiniz.
+ Restaurant sorumlusu Serpil Hanım her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iletişimi çok iyi. Daha önceki yorumlarda da birçok kişi kendisinden güzel yorumlarla bahsetmiş zaten.
+ Kahvaltısı genel olarak güzel ve kapsamlıydı.
- Otelin yastıkları çok fazla içine göçüyordu, uyurken rahatsız ediyor.
- Oda temizliğine daha fazla dikkat edilebilir.
- Odaya günlük olarak şişe sular daha özenli koyulabilir.
Great location. Large, comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Good shower with good water pressure. Window that opened for fresh air. Bonus points for the receptionist (Wang) who checked me in - extremely efficient and very pleasant gentleman.
Minor issues but perhaps something the hotel would like to think about. 1. Connecting door. As a woman travelling alone a connecting door to the next room makes me nervous but also noise comes through the door (not the walls) from the adjoining room. I would have appreciated knowing that the rooms had a connecting door. 2. The bed mattress appeared to be new and although it was comfortable there was no mattress protector so I could feel the lumpy pattern on the mattress. I would have thought that from the hotel's point of view it would be sensible to have mattress protectors on the beds. 3. A message I sent asking for confirmation of items in the room was never replied to, and I was told twice that the hotel system showed that I hadn't paid for the room, once on check-in and again on check-out 3 days later, so hotel comms obviously has a problem. I believe the hotel has undergone renovation/change of ownership recently so hopefully that problem will be rectified soon.
