Grundsätzlich hat mir alles ausserordentlich gut gefallen, bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten

Cons:

Es gibt keinen wirklichen Anschluss für den Wasserkocher. Man muß entweder ins Bad wandern damit oder den Fernseher ausstöpseln. Das ist kein Drama, aber etwas umständlich.
Des weiteren ist es, sowohl Verkehr aber auch aufgrund der Großbaustelle, wirklich sehr laut, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts😉

Hotel mit super Service
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service im gesamten Hotel, das Frühstück hervorragend und das Abendessen an der Bar ebenfalls. Es wurde für unseren Sohn auf Anfrage Glutenfreies Essen zubereitet bzw. beim Frühstück bereitgestellt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir vom Service Frau Serpil Özdemir sowie Ionna und Kata, den Chef am Empfang und die Mitarbeiter*innen an der Bar. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter*innen waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr gut ausgestattet und geschlafen haben wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ Zentral und von hier aus kann man zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder den ÖVM alles gut erreichen. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Parkhaus mit bezahlbaren Plätzen (24 Stunden kosten 20 €) und kann am Empfang für den kompletten Aufenthalt gebucht werden.

14:30抵達櫃檯人員說15:00才能check in, 後來又說要改到16:00或更晚才能入住, 等到18:00進房間, 根本沒有清潔, 地毯不乾淨根本沒有打掃, 浴室面紙只有三-四張, 我們訂房時付的是三個人入住, 只有大毛巾二條, 其它size towels 都沒有, 水杯茶杯也只有二個, 入住two nights最後一天竟然清潔人員在早上9:30 push 我們她們要清潔???如果清潔人員都這麼早打掃, 這種清潔度不符合四星的等級, 櫃檯服務人員的語氣很不耐煩, 雖說我們不是白人, 但我們付的房費是一樣的!!!!!
