Nem váltotta be a hozzá fűzött reményeket a kérések teljesítése és a vacsora árát,minőségét tekintve

Jeleztem negativ észrevételeimet pár napja a hotelnek,főleg a félreértelmezhető vacsora foglalásunkat illetően, amire udvariasan válaszoltak, de semmilyen ellentételezést nem ajánlottak fel, azok után hogy nem a mi hibánkból a la carte árat számoltak fel az előre lekötött vacsora ára helyett. Ilyen esetben más hotel kompenzálja a túlfizetést, de ők csak sűrű elnézést kértek. Kicsinyes hozzáállásnak tekintem. 4 fővel vacsoráztunk ott a lefoglalt félpanziós 33 Euro, tehát 132 euro reményében, ehelyett a 4 főre 180 eurót fizettünk ital nélkül, tehát 48 euróval többet. Ráadásul a vacsora minősége sem tetszett. Úgy tűnt, hogy fagyasztott zöldségekkel csináltak egy gyors húsleves félét és a wiener schnitzel sem volt igazán minőségi ezért az árért. Az almás rétes rendben volt.

A vacsora rendelésének rendszerét felül kell vizsgálni, mivel nem egyértelmű, félreérthető

Nehézkes becsekkolás, a recepciósok is nehezen beszéltek németül,ahogy mi sem német ajkuak voltunk, de jómagam azért elég folyékonyan beszélem a nyelvet. Semmi nem teljesült az eredeti, foglaláskori kérésünkből: nem kaptunk külön-külön matracot,sem két takarót. Az egyetlen és hatalmas takaró minősége,huzata kritikán aluli,óriási,vékony,csúszkál,két idősebbnek nehéz takarózni eggyel. Üres volt a fürdőszobai kézkrém. Nem számítottunk fürdőkádra, zuhanyzó kényelmesebb lett volna. A kértek ellenére zajos épitkezésre nézett mindkét szoba ablaka.Külön emeletre helyezték a barátainkat,pedig kértük h egymáshoz közel,mivel ők is 70+, nehézkesen tájékozódnak. A már foglalás során rendelt és látszólag visszaigazoltnak hitt vacsorát figyelmen kívül hagyták,nem találták a rendszerükben, hogy két estére 4 főre rendeltünk vacsorát és nem az előre jelzett 33 eurós vagy nevezzük félpanziós árat számolták,hanem kb. 40 %-al többet. Valószinűleg bezavart az a tény,hogy felajánlották az asztalfoglalás lehetőségét, amit mi elfogadtunk és kértünk időpontot abban a hitben, hogy esetleges teltház, vagy konferencia esetén legyen biztosítva a helyünk. Ehelyett üres volt este az éttermi rész. Az egész azt a benyomást keltette, mintha szándékosan diszkrimináltak volna minket, semmi kérésünket nem vettek figyelembe!!

Radisson Blu perfectly complimented beautiful Salzburg
Pros:

Clean rooms of reasonable size, facilties were modern, clean with good functionality. Locality being six minute walk from central station and bus terminal was excellent. The complimentary public transport passes were a greatly appreciated bonus. Staff were friendly and check out and check in was simple and efficient.
