Pros:

Very good hotel. Nice room and food. Excellent service, especially from Joanna, Laura and Chris at the breakfast restaurant. Very kind and smiley.

Pros:

It was our first trip to Austria so no expectations. This large Hotel is perfectly situated within a 5 minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes walk to the busier centre of Salzburg. The receptionist offered us complimentary bus tickets for us to access every day. Everywhere is immaculate and the staff are warm and friendly. Special mention to Serpil who mixed the perfect Hugo Spritz on arrival then recommended a wonderful restaurant to eat on our first night and remained cheerful towards us throughout our stay. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. The evening staff who served us at the hotel bar were also friendly and welcoming.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel au milieu des travaux et le lit extrêmement dur et pas de sur-matelas à proposer aux clients, de plus l’hôtel à changer de nom et sans doute propriétaire entre la réservation et le séjour bref je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel très mal situé

Good location to the train and local transport system.
Pros:

The room was very clean; however, I think because of the changeover from the Wyndham to Radisson Blu Hotel our bathroom shampoo/conditioner/body wash was not available. On our last day we noticed that these facilities were placed in their holders.

Great location to the Train Station.
Pros:

We chose this location for our one night stay in Salzburg due to its proximity to the train station. We had to leave early in the morning. The room as nice and adequate. Their bar is beautiful and the service was great! It is about a 13 minute walk to Mirabel gardens from here.

Cons:

This was rebranded to a Radisson from a Wyndham. We were under the impression we had booked their Executive package with free breakfasts, etc. Since we were just staying one night, we didn't mention it to the staff.

Op de nare ervaring na bleek de locatie prima
Cons:

De garage onder het hotel sloot eenmaal diep afgedaald en voor de slagboom staand met een hek en weigerde te openen met een druk op de knop. Achteruit omhoog en met hulp van portier alsnog binnen gekomen. Vreselijk!

Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksservice sehr nett. Frühstücksangebot in Ordnung.

Cons:

Hotel befindet sich direkt neben einer riesigen Baustelle, ab 6.00 Uhr Baustellenlärm. Kein Hinweis bei Buchung.
Matratzen sehr hart und unbequem.
Wir haben in einer Bussiness-Suite übernachtet. Diese befindet sich dirket bei den Tagungssälen. Daher ständige Unruhe durch Tagungsteilnehmer.
Direkt vor Fenstern befinden sich Lampen, die die ganze Nacht durchbrennen. Auch nach Abdunklung mit den Vorhängen bleibt das Zimmer taghell. An Schlaf ist daher nicht zu denken.
Wasser im Pool viel zu kalt.

A benyomás összeségében pozitív , de nyilván ezért az árért van is az embernek elvárása

A szálloda maga gyönyörű , a reggeli bőséges , finom . A reggeliztető személyzet végtelenül kedves . Gondolok itt a kedves barnabőrű hölgyre.

Cons:

Városra néző szobát írtak , ehelyett egy másik épületre néző , kavicsos tetőre volt a kilátás . A fürdőszobában nem volt tusfurdő, illetve egy üres flakon volt a falon . A medence kisebb volt , mint a képen elképzeltem .
