Wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future.
Pros:

Beautiful suite and studio suite was very spacious. Very impressed with the layout and items available to use. Kid friendly and staff were exceptionally. Food was amazing from Pip restaurant and the chips were some of the best we’ve ever had. Not the normal run of the mill hotel food.

Cons:

We liked every thing about the treehouse and would definitely book again.

Pros:

Nice property but thought there would actually be more for children than there was in the room itself.

Cons:

Could be more aimed at the smaller guests. It was more themed than anything. The shop was also incredibly expensive for hotel merch.

Awesome hotel - a great stay and would love to revisit!
Pros:

Lovely decor, super friendly and attentive staff.cinema room and pick a mix in reception. The beds were soooo comfy! Perfect stay.

Cons:

Nothing - its was all fab. The bar food menu could have been more varied but otherwise great!

A genuinely lovely stay — with one caveat on breakfast
Pros:

We stayed for one night as a family and left genuinely impressed. The Treehouse is a fantastic base — central location with an easy 10–15 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly, so getting around couldn’t be simpler.

The room was spotless, the bed was honestly one of the best I’ve slept in at any hotel, and the staff were standout — super friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. You can tell the team takes pride in the place.

Cons:

The only thing that gave us pause was breakfast pricing. At £25 per adult, it’s already a premium, but being charged £15 for a toddler felt steep. We ended up skipping it and found a brilliant café in the local area instead — no regrets, but worth factoring in if you’re travelling with little ones.

Would absolutely return — just with breakfast plans already sorted elsewhere.

Our Treehouse adventure
Pros:

The attention to detail in the decor had really been thought out. From the moment you walk through the door your experience begins.
It has its own cinema.
The bed was really comfy. The location was central and great.

Cons:

Nothing really, the lights in the room seemed to have a slight issue but it did not spoil our stay and the feedback has been passed on.

Cons:

hit and miss with personnel, a few people were not that warm and engaging, very expensive restaurant. For a suite, it was not a big room
