Pros:

The room was much bigger than we expected, making it perfect for a family stay. We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were also kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

Pros:

Apple, Leo and Lee especially made our stay so much more enjoyable. They were always cheerful, positive, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for them, and they were always willing to assist us with a smile❤️

Cons:

The only downside for me was the mattress. I personally found it quite uncomfortable because I could feel the springs through it, so I think the beds could definitely use an upgrade.

Pros:

We liked the location near to train street and walking distance to hoan kiem lake and easy to get grabs too and from the accommodation. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
