Great stay close to old quarter great location and fantastic staff
Pros:

Location value for money rooms clean and family suited apartments we stayed only for a few hours but was very well sited for my kids

Pros:

Great location, relatively quiet area considering how noisy Hanoi is. Staff were very welcoming. Good room size with great AC and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Our bed had strange layout with two single mattresses laid across the width of the bed. Depending on your height it may feel fine or uncomfortable.

Amazing Stay, the best in Hanoi.
Pros:

Great Location, amazing accomidation.

Near by the French old quarter but still far enough away to escape the noisy streets. Tucked into a quaint road with local feel.

Room was imaculate clean, spacious, with very comfortable bed, balcony, sofa, fridge, and cooking ammenities.

The fridge is stocked with cold beverages availble for purchase. Which was a pleasant suprise when arriving after a long travel day.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Always eager to give us advice on what to see in the city and assiting with motorbikes. Especially Lu and his co-workers!

Secure parking for motorcycles in under ground garage.

Has elevator. has coffee shop across the street.
Thanks for the great stay and welcoming to Vietnam.

Pros:

We had a great stay here! The location is good, great value for money, and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The place was clean, spacious, thick and big bed. We gladly come back and recommend this place to anyone

Pros:

The flat was exactly as the photos, clean and comfortable. The team was really nice and welcoming. The location only 15 minutes away from the old quarter and with a supermarket 3 minutes away. We recommend it 100% thank you very much!
