Nice peaceful location. Really nice spa. Excellent meal in the restaurant, and great breakfast. No problem getting a table at breakfast, even though the hotel was apparently nearly full.
I really like a room with a bath rather than a shower. It would be helpful if this could be specified in the room descriptions so I can choose a room which has a bath.
Great pool and facilities
Nothing much. Breakfast could have more items.

Rustig gelegen
Veel te duur voor wat het was
Douch is onderaan beschimmeld
Nachtlampen naast het bed werken niet
Nice size rooms, location was very nice and peaceful
The bar & restaurant were really nice
The location of the hotel. 0
The dining menu in the evening is fairly basic, not enough choice. The beer and alcohol is over priced.
Overall the hotel was very impressive, lovely décor and beautiful big rooms.
The spa was excellent, I used the pool, sauna and steam room. I also used the gym which was decent too.
Big changing rooms as well, which were immaculate.
Our room was spacious and a good price for what you got. However the walls are a little thin because we could really hear our neighbours.
The majority of the food was excellent, especially the Sunday Roast which was superb.
However our deserts on the Sat evening were tasteless and bland and both over priced for such a small amount of food
One thing that let the hotel down was the staff. The lady on reception looked miserable and never smiled at us once.
The girl on the Monday morning for breakfast was the same, grumpy and not friendly, like she hated being there.
And the manager was a bit off with us when we complained about one of the deserts, he was a little rude and not sympathetic at all.
Despite the staff, the experience was still very good, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
Hopefully some happier staff working next time haha!
As mentioned above, a few issues with staff and deserts that let the restaurant down
Otherwise no complaints
Beautiful place miserable woman in reception
Rude receptionist
Excellent pool and spa facilities

Great location, I was driving North and it is just off the A55 so perfect for the journey. Still very quiet location. Excellent facilities and the food in the brasserie was superb.
The only minor issue was that because of the position of my room, it was a bit noisy with people passing by the door. Although I think this was exaggerated on the night I stayed because a lot of the other rooms were taken by a wedding party who were coming and going from each others’ rooms. It wasn’t a big deal.
Really lovely room and very clean.
Sometimes we had to wait for Bar Staff to arrive at the bar.
Spa and food
Evening meal in Brasserie was good. Garden was peaceful and well maintained
Reception was often unattended,?as was the bar. Furniture in bedroom shabby. Signage on approach road to hotel wasn’t visible until you passed it!
