Casa Perla Suites

I did not like that there was no trash can and that the pillows were not on the bed. I also did not like the difference between pictures and reality.

The sound proofing was not that good, and the place is located next to an area with bars. On the first night there was loud music and people speaking which disrupted our sleep. The next night it was better so I guess it depends.

Secondly this is not a direct negative for the place itself, but if someone has their own vehicle, parking is extremely limited in that area and troublesome if you have to carry luggages etc.

The room was nice but quite small.

Finally the hosts do reply fast via the app, however when I needed to clarify something by calling them on the available number I was told to call the other number, which I could not find as it was not shared on the listing/app.

Erittäin huono palvelu. Olimme 5 yötä, kertaakaan ei siivottu, ei vaihdettu lakanoita tai pyyhkeitä, ei tuotu WC-paperia, vaikka pyysimme kahteen kertaan. Omistaja ei vastannut mitään viesteihini. / We stayed for 5 nights, and not once was it cleaned, sheets or towels changed, or toilet paper brought, even though we asked twice. The owner did not reply to any of my messages.

Un petit coin cuisine aurait été idéal. Mais vraiment rien à dire, c'était parfait

Die Wände sind sehr dünn und auch von draußen von den Lokalen kommt Lärm rein.

Bathroom is too small

De airco in kamer 4. Veel herrie weinig verkoeling. De kinderen lagen een etage hoger op een ontiegelijk krakend bed waar wij iedere keer van wakker schrokken. Harde bonken en kraken iedere keer als ze zich omdraaiden. Verder lag er een gebruikte tandenflosser in het nachtkastje en een lege pillen strip bij de sachetjes koffie.

The room is not very large, but that’s typical for accommodations in the Old Town. There is no elevator, but this is clearly mentioned in the property description. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it.

Il bagno un po’ scomodo, pochi appoggi e il piatto doccia aperto faceva allagare sempre il pavimento ti dopo l’uso.

The street could be quite noisy in the evenings. The automatic ventilation system, which seemed to run together with the light and air conditioning, was sometimes distracting. It would also be nice to have slippers available in the room.

Er hangt een bepaalde, niet aangename lucht als je binnenkomt. Appartementen zijn ingericht met leuke meubels maar verder viel het ons een beetje tegen. Bij de slaapkamer boven zit geen toilet of douche. Dat staat ook niet aangegeven maar zou wel een behoorlijke verbetering zijn.
