Pros:

De nombreux commentaires négatifs sur l'établissement nous avaient quelque peu refroidi. A notre arrivées nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille des chambres, leur propreté.

Cons:

L'accès à la salle de bain se fait via la chambre des enfants. Faible éclairage des pièces, pas de plafonniers.

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken, es war nicht sauber, Spinnenweben und Staub. Das TV Kabel musste ich reparieren sonst wäre der TV nicht gelaufen. Die Deckenlampe war komplett staubig von innen, hat man aber nur bei eingeschaltetem Licht gesehen, der Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer war locker, heißes Duschwasser kam ohne Druck.
Und nochmal ES HAT NACH RAUCH GESTUNKEN...ich hatte 3 Kinder dabei ...eine absolute Frechheit und dafür haben wir 125 Euro bezahlt. Heutzutage darf jeder seine Schrottbuden vermieten, da sollten Portale wie Bocking.com Richtlinien einführen und kontrollieren

Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und Restaurants und Geschäfte in 1min erreichbar. Preis war super und check in unproblematisch.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer, in dem auch die Toilette war, ist extrem klein und man konnte die Schiebetür nicht schließen( hat geklemmt), was sehr unangenehm ist. Auch gab es weder eine Duschtür noch einen Vorhang. Einen Vorhang anzubringen würde nicht viel kosten, aber immens helfen. Dafür war der Vorraum 3x so groß wie das Badezimmer.
Kühlschrank gab es keinen,auch keine Klimaanlage, was wir allerdings wussten. Im Hochsommer würde ich es daher nicht empfehlen, da die Sonne am Nachmittag das Zimmer direkt bescheint.

Sitio insuperable en Günzburg
Pros:

El hotel está en el mejor sitio del pueblo, en la calle principal y más bonita. cerca de todos los restaurantes y cafeterías. Está super limpio, muy nuevo todo y muy acogedor. Eramos 2 adultos y dos niños y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas king size enormes y una cama individual en dos estancias separadas por un pasillo, era una habitación enorme. El baño era grande y moderno. En definitiva todo espectacularmente bien. Nos fuimos después de dos noches encantados. La zona por la noche es super tranquila y se duerme muy bien, tanto por las camas como por el silencio de la zona.

Cons:

No nos pareció que haya nada que no nos gustó. Pero por poner una pequeña pega, la recepción es una maquina en la calle (en la calle lateral) y es algo difícil de usar, tuvieron que ayudarnos (y os aseguro que no somos torpes.. jejejeje). No vimos a ninguna persona en los dos días, excepto cuando nos íbamos, que vimos a personal de limpieza.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am schönen Marktplatz.

Cons:

Wir mussten leider feststellen das Duschen mit warmem Wasser nahezu unmöglich ist, da Wasserdruck quasi nicht vorhanden ist.
Die Zimmer wurden während unsers 2 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereingt, ein Mülleimer stand randvoll mit Wasser unter einem undichten Waschbecken, der andere ist nicht geleert worden und voll mit Müll. Das Fenster im Badezimmer lässt sich nur mit Hilfe eines Haargummis offen halten.
Weder die bei booking angepriesenen Streaming Dienste noch Satellitenempfang sind vorhanden. Der Getränkeautomat im Eingang ist leer, der Eingangsbereich generell wurde augenscheinlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Mehrmalige kontakversuche, persönlich, telefonisch und per WhatsApp schlugen fehl.
Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft so nicht weiterempfehlen.
