Parfait !
Pros:

- très grande chambre très confortable
- équipe très sympathique
- très bien placé, permet de tout faire à pieds ou presque ! Et la station de métro n'est pas très loin si jamais

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Ottima posizione. Camera pulita, stupenda e curata nei minimi dettagli. Doccia e wc separati, ottimo per chi viaggia in compagnia. Alla receptionist sono state gentilissime, acqua e frutta in omaggio. Un gesto davvero apprezzato.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the location is very central and easy accessible

Cons:

Only downside was the thin walls I could hear absolutely everything from hallway and the room next door

Good location, nice room and we liked the stil.

Cons:

Might be subjective but the "smart" controls for the room (lights etc) are super confusing and not helpful at all.
The bathtub was losing water.

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff! It was awesome that it had a bus stop out front

Cons:

The hotel ran the air con at their discretion, this meant that some of our 5N stay wasn’t too comfortable. To run the rooms unit to circulate, meant the room had a musty odor and there was only one tiny window that could be opened. This has happened with a few bookings, but I’ve learned now to pre inquire before booking, even if air con is listed in amenities, as this hotel did.

Great hotel for sightseeing in Hangzhou
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location was very convenient. There is a busstop right in front of the hotel. It’s near Hefang Street and a 20min walk to Wesr Lake.

Cons:

The rooms can be a bit noisy.

浙大圆正兰社酒店最大的特点是紧邻南宋御街核心地段，虽然不提供早晨，但是周边均能解决。客房布置突显民国风格，非常有特色。周边是非常适合散步和淘货。

Cons:

建议和其他供应商联合在大堂增加一个自动售卖机，卖一些饮料和面包，方便旅客的需求，也能增加酒店自身的收入。

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

工作人員友善又乐于助人。
房间干淨舒适，有天猫管家服务。
地点极好…就在南宋御街、河坊街旁边，吃喝玩乐都极方便且选择多，不少必比登推荐&米其林小店就在步行5-10分钟之内的距离。

Cons:

唯一的小缺点…洗衣&干衣虽是免費服务，但设备不足&机器本身的瑕疵而有些可惜了。
