Cons:

This hotel has a very bad location far from any attraction of the city. The reception staff is extremely aggressive. It has been seen several times that they do not like foreigners. Especially a middle-aged gentleman and a lady. The breakfast was very poor, with poor quality products and they did not change anything for 5 days. We tried to order an omelette but they told us that they do not do that. I do not recommend this hotel.

1.一出門3分鐘就有公車站
2.設備乾淨、明亮
3.清潔跟毛巾更換都很齊全

Cons:

不是很清楚瓶裝水到底是每日會送來還是只要有清潔就會送新的
因為有一天有送，有一天沒送，所以我去跟櫃檯索要兩瓶水，但櫃檯說額外的水要2000一瓶
建議飯店可以在每樓層裝一台飲水機

床很好睡，浴室很大，乾淨

Cons:

淋浴間的水會流出外面，燈光偏暗尤其是門門口的燈會感應變更暗，附近只有emart,跟一間簡易的早餐店

bathroom leaked water everywhere, the rooms are carpeted and the AC is set to a general temperature that you can't change.. .so we were HOT as it is middle summer in a heat wave

Reserva de tres personas y nos dan solo 1 cama.

Estaba limpio, el personal normal.

Cons:

La reserva era para tres personas y en la habitación solo había 1 cama, pedí sabanas para el sofá cama que había en la habitación y me han dicho que tenía que pagar de más. El sitio la verdad recomiendo la zona de playa, en la zona donde está ubicado el hotel no es nada turístico. Hemos dormido muy incómodos, siempre dejaban 2 toallas 2 batas cuando pagué para tres personas.

We had a very pleasant stay at Avani Central Busan.
The hotel's central location was one of its biggest advantages. It is just a short walk from Metro Line 2, making it easy to explore Busan, while the area itself is quiet and peaceful. There is also an E-Mart nearby for shopping, and a self-service laundromat about 350 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient during our stay.
We were three adults staying in the two-bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable, the linens were of good quality, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.
The staff were always helpful, attentive, and willing to assist us whenever we needed anything.
There were, however, a couple of points that could be improved. The bedroom with the double bed had direct access to the bathroom, while the third bed was located in the entrance room, meaning the person sleeping there had to pass through the other bedroom to reach the bathroom. This layout was not very convenient for three adults. In addition, towels were replaced only upon special request rather than automatically.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its excellent location, quiet surroundings, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
