Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The restaurant experience was equally great, with attentive service and good food.

The relaxing fragrance throughout the hotel, along with the calm and soothing music, created a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Hygiene standards were also top-notch, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The spa service was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt calm, comfortable, and rejuvenating.

Rest everything was fine.

Cons:

The sink tap was not reaching the sink, hence all water was flowing out of the sink. Room no 211. Service was a bit slow, in the restaurant and in room service also. There was a cockroach 🪳 under my bed, but housekeeping couldn't find it.

Great rooms, property, and staff.
Pros:

excellent size and clean rooms, well maintained and spacious. Great staff and property overall.

Cons:

AC in our room stopper working at midnight, 3 other room ACs were not working, finally upgraded us to a suite to fix the AC problem.
