Excellent Hotel in a Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—close to the city center and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and the main attractions in Banja Luka.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no room service, which would have made the stay even more convenient.
