Pros:

Central hotel, close to everything you need from restaurants, tram stops, laundry service and all. Lale was by far the best hotel staff I’ve ever come across, accommodating to a whole different degree with daily updates and instructions, always greeting us with a smile, and even walked us to a breakfast restaurant once. She truly makes the place special and heartwarming.

Cons:

Nothing.
