La habitació es espaiosa i confortable. Tenen un onsen molt agradable i l'esmorçar està bé. Tenen productes d'higiene al lavabo (tot i que també en pots agafar a l'entrada altres productes, incloent raspall i maquineta d'afaitar).

Cons:

L'ascensor triga molt a primera hora del matí. Vaig estar esperant 15 minuts i vaig haver d'esmorçar amb pressa perque no ho vaig tenir en compte i no vaig veure on eren les escales fins al darrer moment. Et fan reservar hora d'esmorçar quan arribes el qual pot ser una mica agobiant.

大浴場お湯ぬるすぎる、狭いのに人多すぎて完全にサービスの設計ミス、朝食会場長蛇の列、完全に会場のキャパと人員配置のミス、朝食レトルトチルドばかり、価格高め、子供は別料金（2200円）、予約料金と別、詐欺まがいなやり方は見直すべき

Moje oblébené místo v Kyotu
Pros:

Byli jsme tu už podruhé, lokalita je super, cca 20 minut běžky do hlavní části Kyota. V okolí je několik fajn podniků, kam si člověk může dojít na matchu nebo jídlo. Velmi pohodlné a klidné místo s vcelku velkým pokojem.

Cons:

Fitness je za poplatek, výtah je neskutečně pomalý.
