Pros:

室内が広くてきれい。最上階の大浴場も朝5時から使用できてよかった。

Cons:

チェックインをもう少しスムーズにしてもらえたら。また最寄りの地下鉄駅から少し歩くので雨の日や暑い日はちょっと厳しいかも。

Pros:

Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Es un 3 estrellas superior. Desayuno variado y buena calidad ,las habitaciones espaciosas,el servicio en general muy bien. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.

今回は1人でツインルームだったので広く使えた。コストパフォーマンスが良かった。

Cons:

ツインルームのベット間の間が狭く、物を落とした場合は探して拾い上げるのが大変。

Very good place to stay in Kyoto. Would stay again
Pros:

The free spa was a great place to end our days, laundry machines available and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok. Fresh towels everyday

Cons:

It was a bit far from the subway. The staff at breakfast was quite rude with us, when we asked for a different table. It happened several days.

なかなか良かったけど・・・
Pros:

スタッフが親切だった。
大浴場が気持ちよかった。

Cons:

裸足でスリッパを履いたら足が痒くなった。
エレベーターのカードキーをタッチする場所をチェックイン時に説明してほしい。ホテルによっては扉の脇にあったり、エレベーターの中にあったりさまざまで、最初だけどうしても探し迷ってしまう。現に海外の方もシステム自体分かっていなくてずっとエレベーターを待っていた。
連泊した場合のタオルやゴミ等の交換だが、廊下に使用済みの物を出して出かけた場合は部屋に入ってほしくない。
