Superb spot to experience Trabzon
Pros:

The location is great: near the city centre, bus station and highway. Beds are comfortable, good amount of water pressure in the shower. Parking in front of the hotel was avaliable. Very nice staff; one of which even was from the Netherlands as well 😊

Cons:

The airconditioning was a bit noisy, the room could have been a bit cleaner overall, and you might get woken up early because of the mosque: the sound level seems to be different each day.

Πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης και ο γιος του επίσης και το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσουν εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα και εύκολη πρόσβαση αυτοκίνητο και πάρκινγκ.

Μεγάλο πρόβλημα το ασανσέρ ειδικά όταν μένεις στον τρίτο όροφο.

مقبولة ولكن بنسبة لا تتجاوز 30%

معاملة الريسبشن الذي استقبلني(واحد من بينهم على الاقل ) رائعة
مراية الحمام مكسورة، وتحطمت عندما كنا نائمين ولم يحملنا قيمتها، ذهبنا للفطور متأخرين ولم يمانعوا من احضار الفطور

لا يوجد مصعد بالفندق! وكانت صدمة كبيرة لنا، وقبلنا عرضهم بغرفة اخرى صغيرة بالدور الاول مقابل حجزنا لغرفة كبيرة في الدور الثالث، وكان التكييف سيئ، وهيتر الماء وسخ ومليئ بالقهوة، وحين طلبنا منهم تنظيفه وخرجنا، عدنا لنجد الشخص نظف الهيتر ودخل الغرفة ووضعه بالداخل حين كنا نحن بالخارج

Pros:

Très bel accueil. Personnel agréable et souriant, chambres spacieuses, propres et confortables. L’établissement est bien entretenu et le séjour a été très agréable.

Petit plus pour İbrahim, qui a été de très bon conseil et d’une aide exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité !

Cons:

Point à améliorer : le petit déjeuner, avec un peu plus de choix et davantage de spécialités locales. Sinon, vraiment top, rien à redire !

ممكن اكرر الزيارة اذا كنا اثنين

موقعه ممتاز امامك البحر يبعد شارعين بينهم جامع وحديقه كبيره وخلفه الميدان قريب جدا ، الموظفين مرحبين بالضيوف استقبالهم رائع وساعدونا بحمل الامتعه وصف السياره

لايوجد مصعد ، انتبه للغرفه فقد لايعجبك مساحتها ، لايوجد شطاف ماء داخل الحمام ، الفطور محدود لكن لاباس به
