A hotel in a good location. The service providers are mostly welcoming.
There was noise at night from renovation work until late hours and also during the day. There was loud noise from the maids talking in the morning hours. Parking is very expensive at $59 per day. A price increase that we encountered throughout the US after 11 countries we visited. The air-conditioned hallways are very weak and the elevator has no air conditioning at all. We booked a bed and breakfast, but the waitress didn't bother to tell us what was included in the menu at no extra cost, and only on the last day, when another waiter served us, did he explain to us what was not included in the breakfast at no extra charge. So it turned out that each breakfast of half a bowl of yogurt with fruit and cappuccino cost $66 per couple.

Decor. Bathrooms. Cleanliness and crispness of sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. Room lighting was relaxing as well. Shuttle and valet parking were greatly appreciated. Location was perfect too.
Fitness center was too small, but nicely stocked with equipment.

Avoid this hotel. It is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and absolutely not deserving of its 4-star rating.
As the bride, I booked nearly 20 rooms here for our wedding guests. Instead of enjoying our wedding week, we spent it dealing with hotel problems.
Some of the issues we experienced:
* Elevator out of service for almost our entire stay (staff admitted it was an ongoing issue), but guests were never informed before booking.
* Elderly guests, families with strollers, and I (recovering from surgery) were forced to climb multiple flights of stairs.
* Dirty rooms, inconsistent housekeeping, missing toilet paper and other basic supplies.
* Cockroaches and poor ventilation in one guest room.
* A bathroom door handle detached, trapping one of our guests inside.
* Broken room safe, unreliable shuttle service, and promised welcome drinks never provided.
* Food & beverage credits were not explained or automatically applied.
* Incorrect charges were added after our stay and only removed after we disputed them.
The management was even worse than the facilities. We repeatedly tried to resolve these issues during and after our stay, but they failed to follow through on promises, ignored our communications, and later claimed they had done everything possible to help. We have emails, photographs, videos, and written communication documenting what actually happened and showing that many of these issues were never properly addressed.
If this is how they handle a wedding group of nearly 20 rooms, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. We deeply regret choosing this hotel.
Our experience here has been horrible. We attended Supercon in Miami and booked our stay through their pre arranged hotel blocks that guaranteed pricing. Hitel Lennox double charged us and I am still waiting for the credit to show In my account.
Part if tgeirvtouted setvice is complimentary travel via their golf cart to places within a nike radius of the hitel. When we called for the cart to pick us up from the convention center, it never showed up. When I called to ask about it we were told they were sorry but it would be another 45 minutes because tge yaf to charge the cart. We actualkycwauted the 45 minutes and called back. We were told they'd be there in 10 minutes. Again, that did not happen.
The beds were hard as rocks, and the room itself is dated and had stained pillows and bed frames.
For the money we paid , this was a disappointing experience. I would never stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
All of this horrible service with a smile. Only good part is it's proximity to the beach and the convention center.

First off !!! The hotel was gorgeous every little detail was amazing! Secondly the customer service… one if not the nicest workers… from the front desk to the bar pool workers. They really treated you as if you were family and not guest.

We currently was there for the FIFA WORLD TOURNAMENT. The service for breakfast was a-little slower then usual, they only had two services so that was understandable

About housekeeping….although there was one major issue: the maid would come at 7 a.m., knock, and even enter the room while we were still asleep, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on the door.
The gym is small but nice.
Now to the downsides, which unfortunately outweighed all the positives during our two-week stay.
The reception staff clearly do not understand how to do their job. Every day there were some kind of issues, problems, or strange rules. Toward the end, it got to the point where we weren’t even allowed to bring our own pizza to the pool area just to eat it quickly, especially since I didn’t like the hotel’s food menu at all.
I also sent a hoodie to the laundry service- it was listed as $18, but in the end they charged $70 (!!), even though the hoodie costs $60. No one warned me about the price. After I complained, they removed $20 for an “express service” that I never even requested.
Not all the staff were like this, some people at reception were perfectly fine, while others seemed completely incompetent.
And of course, housekeeping at 7 a.m. in Miami…I’ve never seen anything like that. Sometimes they didn’t come at all, and we had to call just to get towels replaced. So it was either 7 a.m. or never :) By the end of the second week, they finally seemed to understand that cleaning should be done later :)
I wouldn’t want to come back to this hotel, despite its great location and overall nice facilities. It’s a real shame, because I actually liked the hotel very much.
