left my expensive prada glasses in the room. when i called hotel to let them know, house keeping said they "didnt see them" when i know for a fact i left them in the room

The quality doesn’t match the price, I will never comeback again.

door lock bad(same the other room ),the closet door out railed, everything iced in refrigerator, air conditioner making noise, bugs running..I pay $170/night OMG!

The elevators were broken, and I have knee injury, and I was placed on the 4th floor. It was late to find a new hotel.

It would of been great if the elevators would of been working.

Rooms very nice

Cons:

Elevators were not working and I was on the 3rd floor, had to carry my luggage 3 sets of stairs with a bad knee. No more rooms available.

This is a newer hotel. It was quiet and clean. The a/c wasn't the best, but then it was 105 when I was there.

Cons:

The a/c. Had it turned down to 65 might have been 75 in the room.
