Os funcionários são espectaculares. Muito disponíveis. A localização é boa pois fica perto de tudo,especialmente dos transportes públicos que vão a todo o lado,são baratos e são muito fáceis de utilizar.
A limpeza diária foi muito pouco cuidada.
A cada de banho está permanentemente "inundada" pois o duche deixa sair água que não é drenada convenientemente.
Para quem se incomoda com ruído, o que não me incomoda, a rua é muito movimentada.

The location is close to the current Heraklion airport, is also close to bus stops for the blue city buses and also for a pick-up for the long distance buses to go further east in the island.
The beds were comfy and the room had enough space to put cases etc away. The beds had the best reading lights I've used - but no plug close by to charge your phone.
The breakfast was a nice surprise - more than just coffee, bread and cold meat and cheese. There were Greek pastries, cake, cookies and fresh ripe fruit as well as little sausages, scrambled eggs.
As for the area, it has supermarkets, cafes banks and shops - but it is real life, not tourist shops - for those you need to head for the centre of Heraklion.
I expect aeroplane noise from a hotel close to the airport, I did ask for a room away from the main road on my booking so I had to ask for a different one. The room I was changed to was much better, I heard the planes, but not the traffic and people in the street.
Room facilities - there was no minibar (on the info) - but no problem as there were easily places to get a drink close by.
No shuttle service (on the info) - but who needs one when there are taxis and a cheap bus service.
I would have liked a kettle in the room - if I had been staying more than 1 night, I would have asked to borrow one.

Excellent location for the airport and car rental companies. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a little cafe next door. It makes for a good overnighter when arriving late or arriving early..A regular taxi from the airport at 1am cost us 14 euros.
