Outdated facilities, nice pool
Pros:

Nice swimming pool, breakfast included in the stay. 20 mins walk to Malcelsine

Cons:

It is an old hotel so the room facilities are out dated, the aircon in our room did not work and made loud noises. Room sound proof is not good.

Magnificent View of The Mountains and Beautiful Lake Garda!
Pros:

The hotel had fantastic views of the mountains and Lake Garda from your room and from the magnificent lobby. The panoramic windows were an outstanding feature of the hotel.
The hotel was constructed with high quality materials and expert craftsmanship. The common areas were unusually large and open for all guests to enjoy. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were tasty and the coffee was the best that we have experienced anywhere in our travels. We brought our little dog with us from Canada and we appreciated the hotel for accepting pets. The hotel is conveniently located and only 10 minutes walk along the beautiful lake into the Malcesine center and Old Town.

Cons:

The insuite washroom should have additional hooks installed on the wall or on the back of the door so that guest towels can be more conveniently hung near the bathroom sink and shower.

Good location, close to Malcesine!
Pros:

It was a good price in a good location. Had a good variety of food for breakfast, nice setting and friendly staff. We had a balcony too which was great for sitting in the evenings! Even to enjoy seeing the thunder storm over the mountains!
