Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

Had a very spacious room with nice seating area. Clean and functional and everything works. The hotel is very well decorated and looks beautiful with nice chandeliers and traditional arches. Breakfast was presented in an attractive way, including many fresh fruits. It is in close walking distance to the old town and you could easily walk back to the hotel to rest in the hot afternoon, then return again nearer to sunset. We arrived late at the hotel and the receptionist was so kind to offer us a full plate of fresh fruits for the evening and also ordered food delivery for us.

Fantastic hotel right outside old city walls
Pros:

Super friendly personnel, very clean hotel, located right outside old city walls which means you can walk anywhere within minutes. Spacious rooms. Great value

Erkin palace è un esempio positivo di hotel accogliente che ti fa sentire a casa e a tuo agio.
Pros:

Gli interni dell hotel sono bellissimi e la stanza è grande e accogliente

Cons:

Solo una persona dello staff parlava bene inglese e non era sempre presente dunque non è stato possibile comunicare con gli altri

Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, pochi minuti a piedi e siamo all’ingresso principale della città vecchia. Camera spaziosa e funzionale con aria condizionata. Wifi ben funzionante. Colazione piuttosto varia. Staff disponibile

Pros:

Shohruh was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English! The pick-up and drop-off service at airport were efficient. The bathroom had a bath tub which I suspect is very rare in Khiva! The view of the walls of Ichan Kala from our bedroom was great! The hotel had a beautiful garden.
