Another perfect stay at Azul 36
Pros:

We absolutely loved the comfort of the hotel, the crystal clear water of the pools ,the grounds and facilities were clean and well cared for . Our ground floor room was perfect lots of space to enjoy the three days .

Ontbijt was goed, mooi zwembad (zowel boven als beneden), behulpzame medewerkers.

Gehorig. Het zwembad lag in de middag in de schaduw.

We found the room a bit disappointing. It was our most expensive hotel in Mexico relative to our needs, so you expect things to be in order. The room felt a bit grubby, with stains all over the walls and curtains. Also, something was broken everywhere—such as a broken light, a broken curtain rail, a hole in the remote control, and an air conditioner that was leaking water.

L'hotel è molto carino e pulito. Comodissimo al centro. Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile di fronte a varie richieste che gli abbiamo fatto.
