Piękny mały hotelik blisko wszystkiego.Piekna roślinność,uprzejmy personel,smaczne śniadania i czysty mały basen z leżakami.Goraca woda z kawą i herbatą w recepcji.Owoce do śniadania .Sa tu miejsca postojowe dla aut.

Cons:

“Odkurzanie”liści w południe kiedy sa ludzie na basenie i jest to czas na relaks przy basenie -to nie jest dobra pora i czas na takie czynności.
Na śniadanie jogurty są słodkie,nie ma żadnego który by nie był dosładzany.

La chambre, salle de bain, la piscine du bas. Le petit déj. Le café thé et l' eau à disposition. Le prêt de serviettes pour la lagune et la piscine. Les arbres fruitiers avec les écureuils, les petits lézards. Mon fils a beaucoup aimé. L'emplacement, l'eco park pour se baigner à 20 pesos à même pas 10 minutes à pied encore mieux que celui payant à plus de 100 pesos à 3 minutes à pieds. Le restaurant juste à gauche de l'hôtel. Le service de laverie, pas cher en plus.

Cons:

Il y a Netflix mais il faut mettre son compte.

ottima posizione! struttura carina!
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione per visitare Bacalar, anche a piedi.
Camera molto spaziosa e pulita.
Colazione a buffet non molto varia (e con poche opzioni se si hanno problemi alimentari), ma comunque accettabile per il prezzo delle camere.
In generale albergo carino e funzionale

Cons:

mancano alcune accortezze che renderebbero il soggiorno più piacevole, come più scelta per la colazione e alcuni accessori essenziali in bagno (non c'era neppure un bicchiere per poggiare lo spazzolino). Forse un pochino troppo spartano.
Condizionatore puntato sul letto che rende le notti molto fredde, nonostante la coperta in dotazione.
Non tutto il personale parla inglese, anche se sono stati tutti molto disponibili e gentili!

Non abbiamo molto apprezzato che venisse posizionata la busta per la mancia proprio all'ingresso, una volta rifatta la camera: se il servizio di pulizia è incluso, come in questo caso, sta al cliente decidere se lasciare una mancia oppure no.

Pros:

L’hotel è davvero bene curato e in una posizione super comoda per raggiungere a piedi i principali moli e la fortezza. La colazione molto buona con scelte sia dolci che salate

Another perfect stay at Azul 36
Pros:

We absolutely loved the comfort of the hotel, the crystal clear water of the pools ,the grounds and facilities were clean and well cared for . Our ground floor room was perfect lots of space to enjoy the three days .
