J'ai été obligé d'aller dormir ailleurs.
Cons:

L'hôtel a effectué le paiement avant mon arrivée grâce au numéro de carte. Le paiement n'a pas pu être effectué et l'hôtel a annulé la réservation sans attendre mon arrivée ni sans essayer de me joindre. A mon arrivée vers 19 heures, j'ai découvert la mauvaise nouvelle. Il était alors encore possible de réserver une chambre mais 100 euros plus cher.

​Alojarnos en este hotel por falta de alternativas en la zona fue un grave error. Las condiciones de limpieza, conservación e higiene son lamentables y sobrepasan cualquier límite aceptable; hasta una zona de chabolas o el mismísimo hotel de El Resplandor resultarían más confortables y dignos que este sitio, que no merece llevar su nombre.
​El deterioro y la suciedad son evidentes en todas las áreas:
​En las zonas comunes hay una mugre palpable, con techos y rincones repletos de moho, telarañas y diversa fauna de insectos.
En las habitaciones al entrar nos encontramos con insectos en el techo, un calcetín sucio sobre el calentador del baño y mantas en el armario con capas de suciedad acumulada.
​La instalación eléctrica es peligrosa, con enchufes pelados y descolgados de la pared que invitan a un cortocircuito. Los elementos del baño están destrozados: la mampara se descuelga al tocarla, el inodoro pierde agua por la cisterna y la manguera de la ducha tiene fugas.
​El establecimiento es un auténtico antro ruinoso que requiere con urgencia una inspección de sanidad, seguridad y trabajo. Lo único rescatable del viaje fue la amabilidad y empatía de la camarera, quien nos escuchó ante la absoluta negligencia e indiferencia de los dueños. Sin duda, una experiencia nefastamente inolvidable que no recomendamos a nadie.

L’emplacement est parfait très central et néanmoins très calme. La salle de bain était très bien aussi.

Ce n’est je pense pas le cas de toutes les chambres mais ma chambre était monacale avec 2 lits superposés comme dans un train mais sans aucune tête de lit, ce qui etait assez désagréable. Les oreillers tombaient facilement à l’exterieur du lit. Et pas de climatisation....
