Pros:

Appena arrivata, stavano pulendo i filtri del climatizzatore, ottima cosa. Ogni mattina spazzavano il giardino e rifacevano le camere(io non ho chiesto il servizio x 3 gg tenevo don t disturb fuori dalla stanza), ogni gg ti danno acqua, bagnoschiuma shampoo e carta igienica.
Stanza pulita e lenzuola pulite senza macchie!!!
Ti danno spazzolino e dentifricio di cortesia.
Piscina grande,pulita.
Un beach club a 25 minuti di cammino stupendo.
Ristorante si mangia benissimo pesce alla griglia( filetto ) e noodles

Cons:

Cè solo 1 lettino e 3 sdraio mezze rotte, letti scomodi (ma magari è un caso del bungalow numero 3).
Davanti al mare, ma zero locali se non 1 proprio fuori l hotel ma chiude presto ed 1 sulla spiaggia a 6 minuti.
X organizzare transfert ed escursioni ti chiedono un sacco di soldi in piu rispetto gli altri( in centro si trovano offerte migliori).
Ma la zona di kuta,non essendo servita da grab ne da gojek,x via di un accordo governativo e dei sindacati, ha solo driver privati e se be approfittano,chiedendo cifre alte x essere in indonesia, ma anche a nusa penida funziona così ahimè
La notte si sente la moschea ma è normale in un paese islamico.

The location is very good.
There is also a very nice pool.

Cons:

The cleanliness is quite low. They say they will clean the bedroom every day, but in 4 nights they cleaned 0 days.
Besides the towels had stains and there was some visible dust in the toilet.

Furthermore, we arrived after the check in time, but the bedroom was not ready yet.

No breakfast, no apology, no refund.
Pros:

Rooms well decked out. Good bathroom. Comfortable beds, 7 out of 10 ( from a westerners perspective). Pool was pleasant and it was right across the road from the beach. Great upstairs balcony restaurant overlooking the beach.

Cons:

No coffee making facilities. Wifi a bit spotty. We had breakfast included, and we checked with staff the night before they said yes. Went up for breakfast only to find the guy in the kitchen who said no breakfast. We checked 3 times, told the same thing, no staff was the explanation. As we left a staff member arrived to say it was on but would take a while. Sadly too late. It's not a huge thing but we paid for the service so expected it would be provided. It suggests a lack of commitment and questionable service standards. There are other hotels nearby that offer better service for cheaper prices.

Pros:

Die Lage ist schon ganz gut.

Cons:

Ich erwarte nicht viel bei den Preisen aber die Bettlaken und die Handtücher haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Leider ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, was auch ok ist aber so Auflagen und Liegen müssen nicht verschimmelt sein. Ich habe uns Wasser und Handtücher täglich selber geholt. Zudem sollte man wissen das es schon laut im Hintergrund ist wenn man keinen festen Schlaf hat. Und Grab gibt es dort nicht, wichtig zu wissen.

Séjour au calme, implantion et prestations de qualité idéales pour visiter Kuta
Pros:

La piscine, la décoration des chambres, la proximité de la ville mais au calme, personnel de nettoyage très avenant malgré l’absence d’un accueil physique. Possibilité de petit déjeuner au restaurant à des prix raisonnables avec vue sur mer. Proximité supermarchés et ATM.

Cons:

Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, terrasse en bois autour de la piscine en fin de vie

The staff were very helpful they had deal with extreme weather and flooding..I had a small leak in the ceiling but we worked around it .
