Sensationnel
Pros:

Extraordinaire, excellent, un choix exceptionnel et de qualité pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Service à table, personnel réactif et vigilant à la moindre demande. Les propriétaires de l’hôtel sont accueillants et vont à la rencontre des clients. Personnel hyper sympa, chambres spacieuses décorées avec goût
Le cadre est bucolique, soigné’ un vrai havre de paix, l’endroit idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer , un peu comme si on était chez soi.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous comptons bien y retourner.
La mer est d’une beauté, avec une eau turquoise. Un rêve!

Cons:

Seul petit inconvénient la plage n’est pas accessible directement depuis l’hôtel mais c’est à 5 mn à pied, et nous aimons marcher un peu donc cela ne nous a pas gêné plus que cela.

Tolle kleine Hotelanlage zw Palmen versteckt, sehr gemütlich und ruhig, Sandstrand direkt ums Eck, Busstation (Palma/Airport) unweit, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal das auch Deutsch spricht, tolles Frühstück in gemütlichem Ambiente, auch nach dem check out durfte man die Hozelanlznich nutzen

Nice facilities but wouldn't come back, the hotel clearly caters for Germans rather than English

Close to the beach, the rooms are clean albeit on the small side

Cons:

The Fridge didn't work, we asked the cleaner to replace the milk several times but it didn't happen so no morning coffee or tea. Most staff were pleasant but the cleaner & pool barman were rude & miserable

Wonderful time at El Coto!
Pros:

Very nice air conditioned rooms, a great breakfast, fantastic salt water pool and excellent proximity to the beach. Plus wonderful staff.

No esperaba que hubiera niños en el hotel y que no hubiera buffet en el desayuno y que fuera a la carta, y ver que los camareros medio corriendo con el desayuno con las bandejas.
