Great trip to the dolomites
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the wooden floors and walls are astonishing. The architecture is super classy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Mr renato and Antonio and andre ; great staff, very helpful and great personality

Cons:

The only downside was that the bed sheets were not fully cotton.

Fabulous location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond, from helpful concierge, to great tips for planning hikes and all round catering to our needs. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Especially Sandra who shared her wine expertise and remembered all our preferences each night!

Cons:

No air conditioning, though in the mountains it’s still very warm at night. The matress was very firm which can be a problem for some people.

Best Stay in Europe
Pros:

Absolutely incredible property, stay, and experience! Staff really make it feel like home, and it is very centrally located and super clean. The Breakfast and half board (Dinner) are also fantastic. We will certainly be returning back here!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff and great restaurant
Pros:

I stayed at the Schgaguler with friends as a base for hiking and cannot recommend it enough. From the beginning to the end of our stay the staff were so kind and helpful with great tips about routes and restaurants. Gina and Sarah on reception were amazing. The breakfast and spa are both wonderful as is the food and wine in the hotel restaurant. All the staff were very kind (special mention to Giuliana and Sandra). Would definitely come back!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, staff is passionate, the service is great and provide me with an upgrade which i really appreciated.
Welcome area is comfortable with great view, the staircase and lift area while waiting, you can see church in the town, is a good design.
Spa area is wonderful, have many different rooms to try, my favorite one is the steam room, and a really cool straw seat.
Dinner and breakfast are delicious, if you arrive sooner you can get a window view to mountains, staff's wine introduction is excellent for us to choose wine we really enjoy!

Cons:

If there's something can be improved, i'd say sound insulation in the room, as it is hard finish if you talk slightly louder can hear voice bound back, and can hear phone vibrating in the next room.

Overall an amazing stay
Pros:

Wow, amazing hotel in a nice little town with wonderful views. We loved the wellness area with lovely 2 pools, sauna and relaxation facilities and the outdoor jacuzzi. Very good breakfast and welcoming staff, all of them. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen so we enjoyed dinners on our balcony admiring the dolomites in front of us.

Cons:

It was mentioned that there is an AC but there isn't, not in the rooms any way, and it was too hot at night (we didn't want to open the curtains so we wouldn't wake up too early so opening the windows didn't help much).
It was also a problem for us that we couldn't leave the light on in the bathroom for the night because the white curtain and glass door didn't block the light. The shower needs an update to meet hotel standards.
