Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, świetnie mówiąca po angielsku. Pomogli zarówno z kartą sim turecką jak i zamówieniem przez telefon hamamu. Uzyskałam odpowiedź na wszystkie pytania.

W pokoju czajnik, lodówka, wszystko co trzeba.

Miałam mały pokój typu ekonomy i brakowało miejsca na półkę/szafę więc trudno mi było rozpakować swoje rzeczy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Istanbul. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist.
The location is also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Public transportation and other areas of Istanbul were also very easy to reach from the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely stay here again!
It was not strong wifi on some places of the room.
Very good location. You can walk around to everywhere just walk distance. To Blue mosque only 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommend.

Excellent budget hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is walking distance from many tourist sites. Great place to stay for your first Istanbul trip They even gave me a free room upgrade first night.
Stuff was super responsive and polite, upgraded my room for free coz I’m only staying one night and they want me to be comfortable
Excellent location in Sultanahmet, 5-10 min walk to major attractions like blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. 5 min walk to the tram stop. Many nice restaurants around.
Great value for money. Competent pricing with excellent location and rooms with many facilities (air conditioning). The staff also upgraded our room because they had one free, super supportive and helpful.
The breakfast is not great.
La posiziona ottima. Pulita e super confortevole la stanza. Quando tornerò soggiornerò sicuramente qui. Lo staff (specialmente Bahram and Ehsan) gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni necessità ed informazione sulla città.
