El alojamiento esta bien, muy cerca de la plaza sultanhamed, la cama era cómoda, zona tranquila y las instalaciones son bastantes nuevas
Estuve com la TV sin conexión desde el primer dia, quedaron en venir a solucionarlo pero en 8 dias que estuve no lo arreglaron, por lo que la TV eta de adorno, la sabana/colcha para taparse era tam corta que quedaba a ras del colchon por lo que nos pasamos la noche tirando de ella las dos personas que compartiamos cama

First night my room was not available. Had to go to other hotel next door for one night. I found that room less nice then the one I booked. The wifi did not work at all in my room.

Nos dieron upgrade gratis la primera noche porque no tenían la habitación reservada disponible, pero tuvimos que pagar las otras tres noches (30€) o cambiar de habitación al día siguiente.
Great location, very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent value for money. I especially liked the stylish entrance and lift, and the free room upgrade was a lovely bonus. Everything we needed was provided, including tea, coffee and water.
The basement rooms have no windows at all, so make sure to check the room description carefully when booking. The transfers and activities offered through the hotel were also quite expensive compared with prices we found outside.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring, around a 15 minute walk from a main train line. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning was excellent and the room was clean. The decor is a little outdated, but this was accurately reflected in the pictures. The shower head could probably do with being replaced, although it worked fine.
One thing I did find uncomfortable was the owner being a little over friendly towards me as a solo female traveller. On my first night, after arriving late, I initially missed the explanation on how to access the hotel after an in person tour of my room. I went back upstairs to ask about my key card, and he explained that he had actually left it in my room, as it also powers the electricity in the room. I had simply forgotten this because I was tired after my late arrival. He then joked that maybe I had done it because I wanted to see him again.At the time, I brushed it off as possibly just friendly banter.
However, a few days later, my card stopped working again and I asked him why. He again joked that it was because he wanted to see me again. At that point, the repeated comments made me uncomfortable. I would have preferred the interaction to remain professional.
What I found difficult was that, on both occasions when I had mentioned the key card issue, the response came back as a flirtatious comment. This made me feel uncomfortable about raising it directly, as I didn't want to have to deal with that kind of interaction while I was on holiday. I therefore chose to simply brush it off rather than make an issue of it.
I don't claim to know what his intention was, and I appreciate that he may have meant the comments as harmless humour. However, intention doesn't change the fact that I found the repeated comments uncomfortable. I think this is worth mentioning for other solo female travellers.
It was a shame, as the hotel itself was convenient and well located. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the location was very useful for exploring Istanbul. My comments are specifically about the interactions described above rather than the hotel facilities themselves.
Value for money, walking distance to all the major attractions, exceptional service provided by staffs plus room is very clean, quiet and bed is comfortable. Hotel arranged private car pick up (to and from) from Istanbul Airport for us, price are good and pick up on-time.

Habitación espectacular, con vistas al Bósforo. Todo nuevo sumado a la generosidad y simpatía del personal de recepción, Muy recomendable! Muy céntrico y próximo a la Mezquita Azul. Contraté con ellos el servicio de recogida en el hotel y fueron muy atentos y puntual.

Reception staff were super helpful and friendly, we really felt welcomed and they all were very helpful with questions directions etc. The breakfast was next level amazing. I wasn't sure whether to book breakfast because as a vegan hotel breakfasts can be limited. But there was a good range of delicious cooked and fresh vegetables and fruits to choose from. The rooms were compact but had a bonus sitting sunroof which was nice. The location was super really close walk to main sights.

Habitacion limpia y luminosa. El hotel esta muy cerca de la plaza de Sultanahmet, donde estan las mezquitas, museo y monumentos. Ademas esta cerca de los Bazares de especies y del Gran Bazar, del tranvia y de los ferrys. Se puede hacer todo a pie.
El hotel está genial, muy bien situado y cerca del centro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal de recepción es súper amable.
Quiero hacer una mención especial a Bahram, siempre atento y pendiente de todo para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.
El primer día tuvimos un pequeño problema con las habitaciones, pero nos lo solucionaron con muchísima rapidez y de una forma muy satisfactoria, algo que agradecimos mucho.
¡Recomendado 100 % para una estancia en Estambul! Sin duda, volveremos. 😊
The hotel is fantastic, very well located and close to the city centre. The rooms are very comfortable, and the reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I would especially like to mention Bahram, who was always attentive and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay.
We had a small issue with the rooms on our first day, but they resolved it very quickly and in a very satisfactory way, which we really appreciated.
100% recommended for a stay in Istanbul! We would definitely come back. 😊
